Excellent place to stay in Manchester . Very safe if you travel with your family . Apartment is modern and spacious . The hotel is very central and next to Arendal . Staff is super Friendly and helpful. Recommend this place 100/100. Big THANK YOU !

Great hospitality with a great staff members we felt welcomed from the Check-in to checkout , We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to Manchester for a short term or even a long term. The view from 14th floor was a breathtaken and the balcony was a big bonus in our apartment. Thanks for the hospitality we would come back soon .

Great spot tucked away on church street. Greeted well by the team on arrival and the room was a great size, clean and comfortable. Great facility to cast from device to tv which is not available everywhere , even though it probably should be by know…. Ticked all the boxes, would stay again.

Based on the photos was expecting something a little more special, whilst the room was very clean and amenable, it lacked any personality or character, and being on the first floor there were no floor to ceiling windows or nice views as depicted in the marketing.

What a fantastic stay! These apartments are fantastically situated right in the city centre and really did feel more like a home away from home rather than staying in a conventional hotel. The apartment was well appointed and equipped and scrupulously clean. The staff were all fabulous and provided a first rate and very friendly service and walking through the doors each day to the team really did make me feel at home. A special shout out to the general manager (Rob) for going above and beyond making my stay even more special and convenient.

Absolute spot on service. Rob one of the managers there helped us organise a big group of lads, and the lads on reception were patient and totally accomodating for a few lads who had a few Shandy's. So hats off. The rooms and views were spot on, and having the functionality of a kitchen meant we had breakfast together with some nice views. Dishwasher and even a washing machine means it's a great set up for a short or long break in the city. Couldn't recommend these enough. Central location, parking (paid for) and accessible to all transport links. Can't go wrong Thanks

Received a call from manager as we were travelling up to enjoy a 2 night stay with friends in Manchester & taking in a day at Ashes. This was to explain the suite booked had an issue with the balcony, which couldn’t be repaired in time for our arrival, and to ask if we’d still be happy to accept the accommodation at a concessionary price. Having no access to the balcony was not going to be of issue to the four of us so we cheerfully accepted this (whilst being impressed at the customer service we’d received prior to our arrival). So glad we did, Church street is ideally placed, a short walk from diverse and interesting areas of central Manchester. Our suite with 2 bedrooms was larger than we had expected and spotlessly clean, it was also well equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher and large fridge. This gives lots of options if you’re staying and want to do some self catering as can nip down to Tesco express or just over the way to a well stocked Co-op. Alternatively Church street is well placed for lots of eateries, traditional pubs or craft beers (We’d particularly recommend the MicroBar in Arndale centre food hall, The Pasta Factory and the Hare & Hounds Shudhill). The entrance and check-in was welcoming, and the whole place felt safe and secure. It is only a 5 min walk from a tram stop, so easy to get to Old Trafford for the cricket. (Or football) we would certainly be happy to stay at Church street again, and now knowing that Supercity Aparthotel have venues in London and Brighton we would definitely look into a stay in one of their other properties if visiting London.

Well I was only staying there 3 nights but I don't think I would stay there again. VERY Noisy. I like to sleep with the window open which unfortunately lets in even more noise but having them closed makes it very stuffy. Also, for anyone thinking of staying there, apparently you need to Request room service if you want your room cleaned.
