Perfect location, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were nice and basic with everything we needed. With it being an older building the flooring was a bit uneven but that didn’t bother us. We had a lovely stay overall.

Situated across from the Manchester Cathedral in a pedestrian area ..so taxis can only get up the back lane to the hotel . The bell ringers were going for two hours 7 to 9 .. ! Very close to the Arndale centre ie loads of shops .. Clean , small room ..I booked a single ensuite . No lift ..I was on the second floor , but the staff helped with my big suitcase . The labyrinth of rooms got a bit confusing ! ...Breakfast was excellent ..a great range of foods .. buffet style ..and they take orders for cooked breakfast ...Very reasonably priced ..good value for money .. There's a bar serving food .. and I think some entertainment on certain nights .

Everything was amazing. Room was clean spacious and loved the bath tub and shower couldn’t fault anything.
