前一星期預訂了這類似民宿的房型，因沒有前台服務，需要前一天打電話去問如何取鎖匙，但打了一整天電話都打不通，只好聯絡trip.com的客服中心幫忙聯絡，到了當日2點前仍未聯絡得上，因預訂了兩晚的所以比賽心急緊張擔心沒有地方住，到2點45分才得到民宿人員電郵通知online check-in link，link入面填好資料後又要再比£250押金。。。再等一個鐘後先即3點45分先再有電郵比lockbox code資料拎鎖匙，好彩trip.com客服比較用心，不停幫我聯絡，住是沒有太大問題的，只是入住前不停等候時間比較長，感覺不太好
