Location traffic is terrible but that may be everywhere. Stayed here a few times already and service always consistent and rooms comfortable. The only thing is the shower hot water is temperamental.

I had booked adjoining rooms for our stay with family. The king size bed was very comfortable and amenities the same as the double room. Love that they allow pets and because we had adjoining rooms, my furbaby had more room to move around :)

Even though we arrived early in the morning, we were able to check in early and check out late, which was great!

Service: Very, very good service. Arrived in Manila at 10:30, free early check-in was provided, and the room status was inquired by phone after arriving at the room. The conversion plug and HDMI cable were also available immediately. The hotel breakfast was very, very delicious. There were frozen yogurt and soufflé~ The coffee shop in the hotel lobby was open until 11 o'clock. Environment: There are many restaurants and shopping malls around. Supermarkets, restaurants and cinemas are all within walking distance. There are many choices, and the food is not repeated for two nights~ The only complaint is that the hotel's drainage is not very good. There is a strong smell of sewer pipes on the hotel floors and rooms (someone had been cleared once when I first moved in, but the smell came back soon, and the gym floor and the corridor of the room also had the smell of sewer pipes), and the toilet cannot be flushed with paper or it will be blocked. As a new hotel in 20 years, it is a bit unreasonable.

The hotel is located in the center of Manila, close to SM shopping center, with convenient transportation and close to geeenhills center (you can go there to buy South Sea gold beads, very cheap). The room is clean, tidy and orderly, and the service is particularly good. This time we rented a car from the hotel to Masinnock. The hotel lady was very good. The hotel didn't have a car, but she kept helping us contact and book the hotel car. The hotel breakfast is also quite rich. The SM mall here is too big, and it takes a long time to walk out

Yes, it's good. New hotel, high-end and classy. The service is very good, the transportation is very convenient, the facilities are very new, very good and worth recommending. I will stay here again next time! The service in the lobby bar is very good!
