We had a very nice experience staying at big hotel. Their staff are friendly and accommodating. What I love most is there complimentary breakfast..They have delicious food... We'll come again soon.

It’s a friendly insides

Breakfast is fine with a buffet of a small salad bar, three egg menu, 2 different oil-rich menus and a coffee machine. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is located in front of Parkmall where there are several transportation supply. Room is not as well as pictures

I was travelling with family, and we really are satisfied on our stay at this hotel. The location is near parkmall ,you can shop anytime just across the hotel, also lots of resto just nearby. The room is clean , and the breakfast was also appetizing! I loved the coffee (hahaha). Guys ,better check this hotel, it is affordable and have good service!

Staying at a big hotel in Cebu was made truly special because of the warmth and joy of being surrounded by relatives who I consider as family. The comfort of the hotel was elevated by the shared laughter, conversations, and memories we created together.

Ideal location for business trip

Arrived at the hotel in the morning and asked for early check in since I had no sleep the entire trip to the Philippines and hope to rest at least but the hotel refused and only accommodate me at 2:00pm so I had to stay at the lobby since I got to the hotel. The room was simple but the bathroom were frustrating, sink was stuck and the shower didn’t function well. No complementary water provided, but there was a water despenser at the looby thus serve your self😉.

Comfy clean friendly staff and worth the money. Great location nearby hospitals and malls.

The ambiance is uneasy, though it is clean however it is kind a creepy to stay alone.

No slippers provided. Quite noisy.

Check in was slow, waited till 3pm+ Room light was super dimmed.
