"The hotel has a great location close to the wonderful beach, Dolphin Lagoon site, supermarket, small shops, and numerous cafes. Interesting facilities with indoor pool and jacuzzi, free parking, spacious rooms, when some with good enough equipped kitchen. I liked the staff's attention from the first minute I entered and great thanks to all of them. Even though the hotel is far from being brand new its maintenance is definitely on the proper level and I didn't have any reasons to complain at all.
Eventually, I'm grateful to myself for making the right choice."

"Mandurah Quay Resort is a very family-oriented run resort. Full of friendly and helpful staff who are always there to help you. It resides at a quiet corner of mandurah which gives you the peaceful which any urban hectic human needs.
Book a 2rooms Spa apartment where I can enjoy the jacuzzi amenities within the room. Room was spacious and clean. Very decent value for its price.
If you like to have some fun, can loan the crab pots and various equipment from the hotel owner/staff who are more than willing to go the extra miles. Dropping point is at the jetty within walking distance.
Can also drive around to visit the Giant of Mandurah who are sited in magnificent sceneries. Beautiful , huge and yet can feel the freedom and friendliness of the giant."

"The villa unit itself was great: spacious, with two bathrooms, and could comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. However, the resort as a whole is still under construction, with some units incomplete. The roads were terrible, full of potholes and standing water, which meant we pretty much stayed indoors once we arrived. The allocated parking spot was also a bit tight. Inside, the room facilities were quite new. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making cooking very convenient – it even had an electric oven, so you could steam a lobster! Just remember to tidy up your own trash."

"We stayed here for the first time. The room was nice and clean. However, the allocated room appears to be just above the goods receiving area of the hotel. A delivery truck with a noisy refrigerator could be heard. After a while, I enquired about it with reception to advise when the truck would be leaving. I never got a call back. Eventually the truck left after about half an hour."

"The whole house was very clean. Comfortable beds, clean sheets. Good shower pressure & consistent warm water. Washing machine with detergent available. Kitchen utensils & condiments available for cooking. We were greeted by birds throughout the day. The bay is just a short walk from the balcony. Lovely and quiet. This is truly a delightful spotlessly clean property for your next home away from home.
Conveniently located 1 kilometre from the golden sands of Madora Bay Beach. Spend a day at the beach or enjoy a Sunset walk after a day exploring the local area or just relaxing. It’s also a great spot for the keen fishermen. We can provide fishing gear on request. And if you would like to try a bit of crabbing on the Estuary, we can provide crab nets and scoops too. It’s only a 10 minute drive to Central Mandurah and the Estuary. A 300 metre walk away and you will find large local shopping precinct with Supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Public transport is available at the door and will take you to the Lakelands train station which is less than 3 kilometres away and allows easy access to Perth city and beyond.
With a focus on families there are toys and activities for the kids and the house is opposite a super size sporting oval across the road, plenty of room for the kids to throw a frisbee or kick a ball. There is also a portable cot with linen and a high chair provided for infants. Manicured parks and play grounds are an only a few minutes walk away. For the Mums and Dads there is a cosy outdoor area with a full gas BBQ and a high bar table with matching bar stools. We even supply a large esky to keep your drinks cold. The home offers a large Smart T.V with an added bonus of a sound bar for your music and there is WiFi to tie it all together, while you sit on the comfy leather chaise lounge suite. The bedrooms offer sliding mirrored robes and drawers for storage and the master bedroom offers a large walk in robe and a well appointed ensuite with a separate toilet. The main bathroom has a deep bath and a separate glass screened shower. Fresh linen and towels are provided for all our guests stay. You’ll be delighted with the well appointed kitchen that offers a 4 burner gas hot plate, overhead range hood and an under bench built in oven. The massive pantry has lots of condiments to make it easy to cook up a storm and tea and coffee is provided. There is a built in microwave and dishwasher as well as an air fryer and all the cooking utensils you need to cook up a storm. The large French fridge offers a roomy freezer and plenty of shelving for your cold food items. The spacious dining area boasts a 6 setting dining suite and there are 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar in the kitchen for snacks. The open space living area also has a large reverse cycle air conditioning system and all bedrooms are serviced with R/C air conditioning as well, for your comfort all year round. The laundry has a large sliding door linen cupboard, a laundry tub and a combination washer and dryer and there’s a wall hung clothes line outside. Halls Head is the quiet part of town. We have a Dome Cafe just around the corner that is open all day, every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have the beautiful Mandurah Country Golf Club just minutes behind us, where there are lots of kangaroos and the most fabulous greens and fairways. Meadow Springs Golf Course is only 8 minutes drive for a 36 hole course or The Cut is approximately 16 minutes south and also a world class Links Course.
There is a cycle track in front where you can cycle south along the beach path all the way to Miami Beach along the ocean front or around the river mouth and into Mandurah Terrace and the board walk for a meal or some shopping. This is a great ride and if you follow the ocean and the river around, it is very scenic going through the wetlands. You can continue around the Marina and into the northern beaches, the yacht and fishing clubs and Marina Quays and continue your ride right up to Golden Bay along the ocean front. Bringing your bikes is wonderful entertainment and exercise for all - don't forget your helmets. If you don't have a bike then don't worry, we can provide you with 2 (not so new)bikes for you to enjoy and explore. There is a large skate park in Halls Head for the kids as well as mini golf and often a circus or fair on the large park. Excellent beach fishing abounds right in front or you can head around into the river and the estuary for whitting, mullet, herring and blue manner crabs when they are in season. Yes we even have wineries, you will pass one on your way from Perth into Mandurah and if you continue south along the Old Coast Road you will find several. Halls Head is just 20 minutes from Lake Clifton and the Stramadolites. You will also see lots of local wildlife if you are there in the later part of the day.
A trip to Pinjarrah Bird Park or zoo is well worth a visit and you can see most of Australia's parrots and other variety of birds. Take a picnic lunch and enjoy the Murray River which flows through the town.
Nothing beats a long walk along a white sandy beach. Walk around and have a coffee or take a dip in the beautiful Indian Ocean. Bring your snorkle gear and watch the fish or maybe the dolphins or an occassional seal swim by. Wind surfing, surfing or body boarding are all available on the right days - depending on the wind and the wave.
Alternatively, just lay back and read agood book on the front deck or in the rear garden court yard. Day beds and chairs are there for your comfort.
Down town offers a full range of restaurants from Italian to Asian. Fresh fish abounds or perhaps you are after a pub lunch. Try M on the Point in the Marina area where you can get a great lunch for a very reasonable price with a view of Mandurah Bridge and the town.
A river cruise is well worth the time or a trip to Yunderup Canals on a hire boat or pontoon for the more adventurous sigtts.
Dwellingup is an easy trip to the tall timber forrest regions or Bunbury is just 1 hour south or Busselton & Margaret River is just 2 hours south making a day trip within easy reach.
The Peel Region has several well know wineries that are well worth a visit or the Peel Estuary offers numerous on water experiences from boat cruises to boat hire.
Crabbing is a fun thing to do and crab nets can be hired or scoop nets available FREE, very entertaining. Fresh blue manna crabbs are readily available from several local fresh fish shops or local fishermen if the challenge of catching your own is too daunting. Fresh crab and salad with beautiful Miami Bakery fresh bread and a bottle of cool crisp local wine on the deck of the Wedge overlooking the ocean waves is perfect. It doesn't get better than this.
