C Mandurah Apartment Resort

C Mandurah Resort & Serviced Apartments is the ideal place to stay whilst in Mandurah. We booked a 3 bedroom apartment for a quick overnight girls getaway . Although a little dated (especially the kitchen), it was very clean and had 2 bathrooms . Beds were super comfy and linen was of superior quality. Resort gardens and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. Reception staff were very accommodating and allowed us late checkout to midday at no extra cost! Thankyou. Would stay here again, possibly for longer next time!
Mandurah Motel and Apartments

We have a yearly visit to Mandarah as my granddaughters love it there and have stayed at other resorts. This year we chose the Mandarah motel and apartments as the photos look great , especially the pools, which the girls love. On our first day there we went to the pool, there was no one else there and the girls were enjoying a swim. A woman came over and chatted, she did not introduce herself, but seems like a member of staff , and was wearing some badge on a lanyard, she was basically giving us a pep talk about pool etiquette and behaviour, ie no jumping in, no swearing, considerations of other guests, I didn’t have a issue with this as I don’t like bad behaviour , we followed advice and the girls did not once jump in the pool. We enjoyed our first day and evening, however the 2 nd evening there was a party in the apartment adjoining ours. We were unable to sit outside as our outside area was next to the party, loud music and drinking which went on until midnight, then continued inside the apartment with arguing and swearing until 3 am. We did notify staff around 9 pm, not as a complaint at that time , but asked if there was another apartment as we had children, unfortunately there wasn’t . I then advised staff and manager when we checked out in the morning, also there was a party in the day which isn’t a problem however we were unable to use the facilities tennis / crazy golf, then the party in the evening together ruined our 2 nd day , had we not have been travelling from overseas I’d have put the girls in the car and left . The manager did however tell us that the women who was giving us behaviour advice had no right to !!!! people / kids are expected to have fun in the pool. She wanted us to write a email about this , she was more concerned about the women giving advice then the party / noise / swearing until 3 am. On top of this I happened to move the cushion on the sofa and there was so much filth underneath. On a positive note the pool is lovely, the location is great, and we love Mandarah, would we stay at the motel and apartments again NO !!! Sorry guys

I spent 2 nights here sharing a one bedroom apartment ( twin beds ) with a friend. We had a good view from the 5th floor. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed ( self contained ) Comfortable beds and awesome rain head shower and spa bath. The pool area look like it would be a great place to hang out in the summer time… easy beach access too.

Although the hotel has been established for decades, it is not old at all. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The balcony looks at the center pool. Everything is just right. After swimming twice, when I took the elevator back to the room, I also encountered foreign couples. !! very good!

Stayed here for a few days Friday to Monday. Very happy with our accommodation - simple with basic furniture. 2 adults & 2 young children. Upstairs were two bedrooms & bathroom. If you find it difficult to climb stairs this isn't for you as the stairs go straight up. Sliding door out to a small balcony over looking the pool. Was spacious & clean. Downstairs was self contained kitchen that lack nothing but being away from home we did live on take aways but all equipment available if you fancy cooking a meal. (Within walking distance is a great eating establishment that you should try and squeeze into you visit). Downstairs toilet with washing machine & dryer. A large table with a comfortable lounge to sit on. Outside grounds were very tidy. Great to stay in summer but would be totally different atmosphere as our stay the weather was May weather. Couldn't fault place if I need to stay in Mandurah again will stay here.
