Excellent service in the restaurant and also my housekeeper was attentive and checked each day to see I had everything I needed. Lovely property but the staff make it special. A two-week stay was enjoyable throughout.. Thank you for your hospitality Hilton.

It was a private meeting in Bahra room. Where the sales manager - conference and event Ms. Rosalee Jordan thankfully made it very smooth and easy to fulfill everything in a quick response via email. The room was satisfying with all presentation tools, screen, the lights, and the coolness. I would love to thank Mr. Belal for his great efforts to handle my work from the beginning, the room settings, the course equipment, the whole service to my clients, tea, coffee and the lunch time. Another many thanks from the other shift to Mr. Farhad for being helpful to handle the rest of the course, helped me a lot to continue to the last moment. A great thank you for Mr. Mofiz the technician who made everything successfully done.

Used the spa, Nina was so good for the massage, she ensured I was comfortable with the pressure, she worked on my problem areas and overall was just so attentive and brilliant. Menaka was sweet and very helpful at the reception too. The rest of the staff are great here too and I’ve never been disappointed with the services here. Always a brilliant service at the hilton Spa! ☺️

Last evening was excellent for us and we all had a great evening My kids had ice cream plus we had cake with delicious cup of coffee on other hand excellent hospitality by sushila very much impressed thank you for providing us such a great service Thank you again for entire staff

Very nice stay.. Enjoyed the breakfast for 2 weeks.. Mr. Narayana was nicely taking care of room needs.. A nice open space for business meeting and nice and safe private beach, pool makes it work for both business and families. All good and wish the renovated hotel (planned in coming months) makes tons of more happy customers

Excellent Moroccomint tea, such an amazing food servied by Sushila.soo much attentive and just pleasure to servied by. It is a great place to stay and have relaxing time take our time to enjoy the facilities like pool, beach ,spa and gym with hospitable staffs. It is woth visit. Thanks a lots. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Nice view tasty food friendly people the manager incharge is friendly..i love the food the place the view very relaxing more choices of food i love the coffe.. fresh and hot food is serve and im so satisfy all in all..its all worth it we will come back again❤️❤️❤️

Having visited this place several times me and my family really enjoyed the coffee and cookies along with at lobby Sushila was the best as always she’s the inspiration hard worker my family is always happy the way she treat us this hotel is the best all over the Kuwait we love to be here especially in the morning. We booked 2 villas and facing sea side beach was clean and pool is very nice appreciate assist from Magdy at reception during night and his kindness while smiling and giving all required assistance food was great and stay wonderful all hotels not like Hilton

I lovely welcoming service by Ms.sushila who served us with us very consistently. The views was beautiful. Very claiming and relaxed atmosphere and comfortable sitting throughly enjoyed and would definitely recommend this place. See you soon again.

It was not my first time , Amazing stay in room 106 facing the beach, nice spacious and very friendly & safe for kids. Best view you can ever have in Kuwait. Friendly and professional staff offering an outstanding service always with a smile. Super breakfast at Teatro restaurant offering delicious variety of food with nice outdoor palm court and song bird, outstanding spa facilities. Many thanks for REJENIA in the front office for her amazing welcoming and her nice compliment for my anniversary which made my day for me and my wife . Also , a lot of thanks for REKHA in Teatro restaurant and Eslam for their kindness and always smiling. Will definitely visit again.

Narayanda and Gombhu serviced the room as soon as we requested. They were very fast intact. Hayme is very good receptionists and helps as and when we approach her any help. She is quite considerate in all aspect. It was a pleasant stay in Hilton Mangaf
