Chinatown Lai Lai Hotel Manila

The location was convenient, but I was disappointed with the cleanliness. There were cockroaches in the room, which was uncomfortable. I stayed for 3 nights, but the room was only cleaned once, and there was no housekeeping service for the remaining days. The basic amenities were provided, but I think the cleanliness and housekeeping service need improvement.

I love how accommodating their front desk officer during my stay with my family. She also even called me in my room to check how is the room..and when i said it is kinda hot in my room, she immediately transfer us to another room! My family will surely come back in there even i'm kinda struggling with the parking..since the property don't have a parking. But the place is very accessible!

I had a pleasant stay in this Hotel. The location is great right in the middle of Binondo, which made it easy to walk around and explore the area. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. One thing I appreciated was the hotel restaurant. The food was tasty and reasonably priced, and it was convenient to have a dining option right downstairs after a long day, Staff were polite and helpful whenever I had questions. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it offers good value for the price. I appreciated the convenience and the overall atmosphere. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple, well-located place to stay in Chinatown
