Meron lng po akong issue sa Aircon na leaking ni lagyan lng ng towel para hindi ma basa yong floor and also ang tv hindi nagamit dahil walang signal but the staffs are very accommodating and good customer service. Nextime ,check po ang room if okay before entering the customer to check in. God bless

The Hotel is a bit above entry level and budget friendly. Location is great, located in the Heart of Malate/Ermita area. Near Malate Church and Raja Sulayman Park and walking distance to Baywalk. A lot of night Bars and restaurants in the area, good for partying or simple dinner.

The hotel is located in Malate where there's plenty of dining and drinking establishments. The room given to me was quiet and the bed comfortable. However, I noticed that I can still here noises outside. Overall a pleasant stay.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates twice, but the staff at Hop Inn Hotel were very kind and understanding. They processed my cancellation and refund for free without any hassle. Excellent customer service, smooth communication, and very accommodating staff. Highly recommended and I would definitely stay here again!”

I liked that everything in the room was clean. The hotel staffs were accommodating. The location is accessible to the mall and there were few restaurants just few alleys to walk around. If you want to stay near Manila area, I can recommend this hotel.
