Clean and nice rooms & facilities with good location. Staffs in front desk, however, seem to be unprofessional and insincere.

Clean, friendly and helpul staff. Staff ordered early morning taxi by philippine ”Didi” with fixed price. Good location near shopping area. Would book again.

A very good place for short stays. Very clean and accessible to restaurants. There is a 7-11 store on the ground floor which can cater almost all your basic necessities.

This hotel is basically a "you get what you pay for' type..a place to sleep..nothing else is provided. no phone in the room,no kettle,no slippers or toiletries..towels need to be thrown away..just too OLD and rough. The shower was uncontrollable, water too hot and the pressure too high,not very comfortable. Not sound proof at ALL (I head a phone camera shutter click when someone was talking pictures on the corridor) reception girls were very nice and friendly, helpful and answered all my questions..there is a seven 11 just next door.. the location is on a busy road and the car movements could be heard from my 5th floor room otherwise a good distance from the airport,not too far around 250-300php walking distance from the Catholic church,Rizal park and ocean park.. just take the Roxas boulevard main road.
