THE WORST HOTEL EVER. DONT BOOK THIS ONE. WORST AT MANAGEMENT. HAPPENED FOR THE SECOND TIME ALREADY, same type of scam from the first time, i asked the hotel why no availability of “smoking room” which is what I booked for DAYS AGO prior to the guest arrive. They said it’s because this is a booking from 3rd party and it didnt reflect in their system that I booked for a “smoking room” and they also tell me that because also I didnt mention in the special request that I wanted a smoking room. Whats the point of requesting if what I booked is under the category of smoking room. Again, this is already a scam from the hotel to the guest. Everytime guest book a smoking room they will accept the booking and when the guest arrive at midnight they will tell the guest that no smoking room available and you have no choice but to just take the option of non-smoking room and they will just fine you for smoking. If there is no room available they can contact trip.com to inform that matter. Because this is not a last minute booking.

Located on Ongpin Street, very near to all the popular Chinatown f&b oultlets and opposite to the Minor Basilica and National Shrine of Saint Lorenzo Ruiz (Binondo Church) so you wake up to the sounds of Church Bells. The Hotel is quite dated but clean, would have been a great hotel during those days. Staff are friendly and approachable. Just a heads up; they require a deposit per night. If you have a credit card you can pre-auth. Since I stayed for 1 night, I put 2000 piso cash for deposit. A family who checked in before me had 2 rooms for 5nights, had to put deposit of 2x5x2000piso=20,000piso (325usd).

there was a problem with the aircon in our room, but the staff was gracious enough to upgrade our room for free. The executive room has Netflix and a bathtub.

I truly appreciated the reception staff during my check-in. She ensured my comfort and thoughtfully offered temporary solutions until I was transferred to a non-smoking room that same evening. I was also impressed by the promptness of the service team and the high standard of cleanliness. The room was consistently well-maintained and fully stocked with the necessary amenities each day. Overall, the staff were exceptionally hospitable.
