5/ 5PerfectPerfect place to stay when you have appointments going to St.Lukes and US embassy. The staffs are friendly and accommodating most especially to Kevin the food in charge.

4.7/ 5OutstandingWe stayed here for my daughter's Visa Appointment. Location wise, the hotel is a great place to stay especially if you have an interview with the US Embassy. St Luke's Clinic is just the other side of the block. I guess my only concern of not giving a perfect 5 for cleanliness is simply because when we asked for Housekeeping, they told us that they're not allowed to change the beddings and we should be the one changing it due to pandemic. I don't understand why we should be the one doing it. Tbh, we don't know how to change the beddings the way it should. We don't have a choice but to accept the bedsheets and change it ourselves. I understand that there's na pandemic going on, but they should be ready for this kind of situation. They should be equipped in addressing this pandemic. They wouldn't be infected if in case we were positive as long as they should follow standard health protocols. That should be part of their SOPs to make sure the rooms are being disinfected on a regular basis regardless if there are guests. They could have asked us probably to wait in the lobby while the room is being cleaned. Anyways, overall I'm happy with the service and it meets our expectations.
