It’s like a motmot or dormitel type. Front desk service talks like you’re not a customer. Dirty front. Wifi is not good. Not for business travellers. Location is hard to find. No parking.

It's the same room that I previously stayed in but my 2nd time staying there was fine, the aircon was weird tho because sometimes it's cold and super cold as long as you stay there for some reason. Regardless, it was okay experience this time. 6/10

Its okay for the price and medyo clean namn. Wala lang po towel na naibigay the next day pa. Hindi rin secure ung door lock.

That was the worst stay in we ever had, lack of communication from their business partners, the info are interchangeably. No assistance was offered and we are on the 4th floor upon arriving. Seeing the room, the cr was so dirty, their net was not working, the aircon is not functioning well too. Very poor service.

Located in the university belt off the main road, so traffic noise was minimal. The room was decent. The only problem I encountered was the weak wifi in room.

This is the second time we are staying in this hotel. The last time was last June and we exactly had the same problem still. The last time we went here, they mentioned that wifi is not working since there's something that needs to be fixed. Fast forward to 4 months later, the lady in the front desk presented the wifi username and password but when we tried to connect, no internet still. The last time we went here, they gave us a different remote to the TV. Now, we got the right remote but lady mentioned that it's not cable TV but we can watch something thru the net. Poof. It's also not connected.
The beds are comfy tho but pillows' too thin. The faucet in the sink was damaged. They don't have other amenities.
Location is okay if you want to explore UST, quiapo, or divisoria.
Overall, value for money, we've stayed to other hotels with way better deals than here.

Budget friendly hotel, 5-min walk going to ReSA. And room is tidy although a bit small for comfort especially for longer stays.
