This hotel is highly recommended to everyone who wants an easy access to mall and other tourist spot within Metro Manila. The staffs starting from guards to information are friendly and helpful. Our experience with the good services they offer is memorable and exceptional. Kudos to all the staffs. The food taste is good and worth the price. Thank you for making our stay a memorable and special one Eurotel.. God bless

I stayed in Manila, Philippines, and chose this hotel for a short staycation. It’s located in the Malate area, slightly on the outskirts of the city. From check-in until check-out, I was treated so nicely even though it’s a 3-star hotel, the service felt top-notch! 🏨
The staff, from the security guard to the front desk and housekeeping, were all super friendly and helpful. As you can see, the room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities are impressive too there’s a rooftop area with a kitchen equipped with a fridge, waffle maker, oven, microwave, and other appliances. The rooftop view is beautiful, especially in the evening! 🌇
What surprised me the most was the free Sunday shuttle service to popular tourist spots such a thoughtful touch! The hotel also has a gym, game room, and some nice OOTD photo spots. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks as well, though I didn’t try them since I wasn’t sure if the food was halal.
Overall, I genuinely enjoyed my stay here definitely not overclaimed! Will surely come back again. Special thanks to Miss Jalen at the reception she was so cheerful, kind, and helpful throughout my stay! 💕

Location - few walks away from DLSU, St. Scholastica and Benilde. Also few walk away from LRT stations and Bus Stations so quite accessible. If your are foreign tourists, expect some noise and dirty manila surroundings when you go out of the hotel facility.
Service - Staff and crew are very pleasant starting with the security guards and attendants upon the entering the hotel facility. The check in procedures are smooth and the receptionist during that time is very accommodating and nice.
Facilities - The building is kinda ”old” and it is very evident with the elevators and the lobby. Upon entering the room, I noticed it was very clean and the CR is very clean and dry as well. However, you can really notice that everything is old although it can add ”charm” to the ambiance of the hotel because well, it can be like that. Other that that, everything is nice, the beds are big and the pillows and comforters were, well, seems clean naman. All rooms have their own balcony however, for security purposes, doors are locked but you have a good view pa din naman, which is sa room ko, the Manila skyline and the pool. I think the worst part lang is the smell of the room. Not stinky naman or whatever but I am not sure if because the building is old or whatever but there's really a weird smell na hindi nakaka ”clean” smell, not sure if coming from the old aircon or whatever. Yun lang ata ang downfall, the old vibe of the room is okay but the smell, hhmmm, not sure.
There's a pool area as well and a jacuzzi, which I was able to try and it's really nice.
Food - My stay came with a breakfast buffet. The restaurant is sooo nice, again, the old vibes kinda add with the ambiance. The staff are well trained as well so they're accommodating and pleasant. As for the food selection, I guess it's the normal food selection for a hotel. There's the usual morning breakfast, pastries, juices and all. With the price you paid, I think it's okay.
In general, my stay was nice and I can really say that the biggest assets of hotels like CPH are their staff and crews because how they treat and accommodate their guests will have a great impact with the stay.

On our third booking, we were surprised by how huge the two-bedroom suite was. It felt like a house and has become our favorite room so far(room 402😘), perfect for family leisure. It even has a two big balcony, great for relaxing! Just take note, that the hotel is very strict with headcount and will charge per additional person. Also there are no laundry bag and slipers provided so you may want to bring your own.

We book a room based on the room as described posted photos in their site but then when we arrive, they gave us a different one. 'Yung reason nila is same lang naman at ang presyo same rin. tsk. marami ding molds sa ceiling ng bath at cr.

The staff were kind enough to let me leave my bags at the hotel even though the check-in time is still at 2PM because I explained that I had an event starting at 8AM. I have no negative comments but I was weirded out by my room having a door that connects to the room next door. It can be locked from the inside so that's a relief but I still had it blocked overnight using a chair just in case. Overall, it was a decent stay. Thank you for taking care of me, Orchid Garden Suites!

Yung room and service super okay.

When I arrived at the reception in Hotel Ava, I thought I need to show my booking confirmation. But the receptionist asked for my ID. I have a lot of baggage so it will be hard for me to find my ID. So I asked if I can show the picture of my ID. I understand that they don't allowed me.
But the thing that I don't like is one of the receptionist on Oct. 31, 2024 around 10pm.. Said ”Walang booking booking dito”. I get irritated because they are not professional. Those ******** receptionists treat me as a scammer even I'm not. Luckily I find my ID after the rude comment from that guy. They are not friendly and not smiling to their guests. Not accomodating and ”mayabang”.
But the staff who are assigned to give a pitcher of water are kind. I really appreciate their service.

CcanvvBasic amenties - towels, toothbrush, and paste.
I liked the liquid soap provided - did not dry my skin.
Some rust on the soap and shampoo container as it was steel/metal bottle.
Room was clean enough. Linens fresh and crisp.
The room size was decent. The AC was a little loud.
Robinsons mall is nearby. Alot of food options around the hotel.

AAnonymous UserWe always love SOGO's rooms and amenities. Always ginagawang biro ang SOGO but we can't deny the fact na talagang goods yung service and accommodation nila. Even the food actually, given na mahal lang but we're paying for the experience kasi talaga that's why. Always included ang SOGO talaga sa options when it comes to hotel check-in, friendly pa ng mga naga-assist.

AAnonymous UserThe room given to me was nice. And kudos to the staff - when water entered the room because of the recent storm, I was immediately moved to another room.
Maybe fix the leaking windows next time. But overall (if there's no storm or typhoon), I'd probably stay there again if given the chance.

GGuest UserThe location is near to the main roads of Manila so travelling to different location is easy. The room is clean, airconditioning is quite good, it is small and noisy, the tv is so small but its ok no one dares to watch on it during vacation. There is no service telephone in the room. You can use one but it is in outside of the room

MMAORONGI was dissatisfied with the facilities I stayed in. The glue on the washbasin was black and mild, and it looked dirty. There are no toiletries, so forget it, we all have their own. But to vomit, the facility description is seriously inconsistent: 1. No hair dryer. The hotel said that there was a hair dryer, and the result was not in the room. 2. There is no 24-hour front desk service. First there is no front desk, the front desk is the public reception, not the hotel front desk, the hotel has an Office, at 24F, but not 24 hours service, service time is from 10 am to 7 pm, there will be a small list when you stay. The service time indicated above is 10am-7pm! 3, the most opinion is that the swimming pool is the building, not the hotel, the use of charges! The pool is charged! My initial starting point for booking this hotel is to have a swimming pool, but anyone can think that this swimming pool is a building, not a hotel. There is an extra charge for use, Philippine pesos for adults and PHP 150 for children. The only thing that is gratifying is that the responsible manager is a Taiwanese girl, very enthusiastic, has provided a lot of help, and the staff is very enthusiastic. This is the only highlight of this hotel.

GGuest UserThe booking was fast, checking in on the first room which was in the 31st floor that we booked was slow we arrive around 2pm but we’re able to check in past 3pm. The first room we have was ok but the only complaint we have is that there are many cockroaches crawling in the wall, floor, kitchen and even in the bed. We have a bunk bed and under the mattress when I lay down I can see cockroaches crawling. I have to put cotton balls in my ear as I’m scared it will crawl inside my ear. The second room we check in on the 16th floor, we have no complaint at all it is clean and very comfortable. Staff was helpful.
