I'M Hotel Group Hotels in Manila

Great service. Gym is well equipped and clean. Housekeeping is attentive and friendly. Close to century shopping centre. Did not give bathrobe for use. Otherwise, great hotel at good value.

The place is perfect for people who prefers in a commercial center. Huge room so I really like it. The front desk with a blond hair failed to inform me that the toothbrush, hair dryer and slipper is by request when it was included in advertisement. Housekeeping took time to bring my toothbrush, slipper and hair blower that I have to call the front desk for the second time, based on what I observed, the housekeeping is good as I even spoke with them, I think the front desk needs proper training other than the front desk I can say I like the place. Hopefully when I go back the Front Desk know how to deliver excellent customer service. I cannot even read the WIFI password as her handwritten is not really good, I need to ask the blond hair front desk about what she wrote. She was busy chatting with her co workers instead of doing her job.

THINGs to IMPROVE for me are.. 1. Sana madali silang kontakin, kasi i've been trying to call them like 50x thru phone and trip app pero walang sumasagot. May concern kasi ako sa booking ko. 2. Sana may tao sa drop off, like grabe kaloka, kailangan mo pang umakyat sa lobby (3rd floor) para lang kumuha ng cart at mag-ask ng help para sa gamit, may phone naman na available sa drop off kaso wala ding kwenta kasi walang nasagot. 3. Yung sa shower, pag naliligo ka lumalabas sa glass door yung water. 4. Aside sa toilet paper wala nang extra tissue sa sink. 5. Medyo mahabo at madumi yung ref. Other Note is yung swimming pool ay outside the hotel you have to pass through at maglakad sa mga guest ng ocean park ticketing booth - so kung mag-swimming kayo that is something you can consider But overall, nag-enjoy naman kami especially yung anak ko, he likes to look yung mga isda.
