We had such a great stay here! The place is spacious and fancy, but at the same time it’s super affordable—which is always a win. What made it even better was the location. It’s literally just a short walk to the events place we went to, so no stress about rides or traffic. Totally hassle-free. And the food is seriously delicious! Every meal felt like a treat. Overall, it’s the kind of hotel that makes you feel comfortable and spoiled without breaking the bank. Would definitely come back again!

The staff in front desk very politely in answering our enquiries, hotel location closed to terminal 2 airport just 5 minutes walking distance. Overall very convenient to everywhere, will come back .

The location is good.The service is nice. Cleanliness is great. I just don't like the bed. I think it's old. The head board is making a weird sound,( loosen). I don't have a good sleep bcoz of it. And the bad part is, they don't have a hair blower.😓 Also, pls include a comb in your toiletries. 🤞 Even the 3star hotel has a comb guys. You are 4star. And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in. About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head. (Not recommended) Fix the bed people.

A Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip. The Highlight Reel: * That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus. * Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare! * Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued. * Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep. A Few Minor Hiccups: * Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way. * Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference. Overall: Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

Very nice place. But sadly we spent most of our time outside doing errands and visiting places. Surely I will recommend this hotel.

Booked for a 3 night stay here as it was located close to the airport. 15 mins by taxi. All staff so wonderfully polite, Steam room swimming pools are gorgeous (i only booked for the hotel as it had a sauna). My initial idea was to find somewhere where i could help deal with the jet lag, relax, etc. Wow. It certainly helped. The pools are so clean well cared for. 1 of the pool life gaurds staff (Alex)helped my lady improve her swimming, he offered, that in my books is so very respectful, thankyou Alex. We are extremely fussy where and how we travel, even the sweet young lady crisha who was the towel, changing area controller was such a pleasure to talk with 1st thing every morning we visited, always a huge smile, polite, couldnt be more helpful. We had some lovely talks. We will return 100%. My lady and myself can not wish Alex and Crisha enough appreciation. Maybe the surest reason for our looking forward to return. Excellent. 100%. Oh, my only niggle, no netflix in the bedrooms, but, hey..
