We had an amazing experience staying in New Coast. The room was spacious and was really cozy. I love the huge window, although the view wasn't so great. The staff were nice. The lobby was cozy, too! We went to the pool to check it out and there were only a number of people swimming so it was relatively quiet and relaxing, we almost took a nap 😅 Will definitely go back soon and try their breakfast!

It's now quite an old hotel, more the lower end of four star than a five. But its location is unbeatable, and the care and good manners of its staff are impeccable. The faciklities, especially the pool are a bit worn out. I understand some of the hotel has undergone renovations and refurbishment, and that is agood to know. Maybe ask if your room is refurbished when booking, otherwise it is all a bit 1970s / 80s dark brown wood and heavy decor. But internet speed is excellent ( no limit on devices). On my visit, the cable TV was down for the whole night - not great that no-one could easily be found on reception on night duty. But on the whole it's worth a stay. The rooms have good big size, and all the shops, bars and malls of Malate / Ermita are walkimng distance. Also there are plentiful laundries in this arera so you can save a bundle if you want to do your own laundry...

Excellent customer service-- staffs were super accommodating and gave everything we needed during our stay! They're welcoming and kind. Facilities-- rooms are squeaky clean, including the sheets and towels! No signs of dirt or anything. The heater in our shower room wasn't working, but that's the only thing my lola didn't enjoy hahaha she hates cold water especially in the morning lol. Sad that we didn't get to experience the pool, sauna, and gym as they're still under renovations hehe Food-- love love the food! Free coffee every morning until 6pm! Love the view at the rooftop as well. They also accept senior citizen's ID in case you want food discounts :D wasn't able to take pictures of the room, but what you see is what you get :)

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

Kimberly Manila is an excellent choice for staycation in Manila. Their rooms are nice, clean and big. The staff are pleasant, accommodating and friendly (the reception, the guard , the helpers and even the staff at the restaurant). I hope they won't change. We stayed at the hotel twice already this year (May and July). I won't think twice to stay with this hotel again in the future. In addition, this is a good place to stay for board examinees because the hotel have a room with kitchen where you can conveniently cook food for early breakfast and to pack lunch.

Hotel a bit difficult to find. There is no street entrance. The reception is on the 2nd floor. You have to go through a small corridor with a money changer. The staff is friendly like almost everywhere in the Philippines 🇵🇭. There is Wi-Fi, shower, with 💦 🔥 hot water. A small 📺 television and we are in manila. You can find better for the same price when we arrived. We were offered a room with bunk beds because there was a booking error. But everything was back to normal when we came back in the evening we had a room with a double bed

I tried to take a day off at the Executive Hotel because I was in a hurry, but the location was good and the staff were kind, so I stayed for several days. I liked the hotel and I think the value for money is perfect!!! It was unfortunate that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and the hot water temperature was a bit low, but the room was remodeled and was clean and comfortable. I plan to go again when I travel!!!
