The front desk receptionist was completely disrespectful it seemed to be significantly mentally insufficient to be the appropriate candidate as the front desk receptionist or manager. As he claimed. He suggested to me to not use *******, and that it caused more problems than actually being convenient which at the time Was true because my reservation had got messed up when I had made another one for that day. I was checking out to just recheck. In back into the same room, except my my arrival date was submitted for the next day. Which he couldn't help me extend my current reservation into the new reservation. So that I wouldn't have to pa pack up and leave just to come back which is now totally inconvenient. I would have paid for that day. 2 stop all of this inconvenience. But hew wanted to charge me twice as much then, ******* refusing at least the price match especially after he suggested to not use *******.
So with that being said he later then comes to my room forces me out with little time I had to pack up my things. And try to get out there as fast as possible leaving my stuff and negative 32° weather outside
Ultimately leaving me having to sleep in my car until I can get the refund back of what money I had left to make this reservation so yes, I am highly upset. They were highly unprofessional and should be highly shut down.
