Everything was as expected except we booked a suite with a fireplace and upon check in found that there was no fireplace and all the rooms with one were already taken. I believe this to be a Trip.com mistake more than the Hotels.

Great location and really clean!

Unfortunately, my sister and her husband were unable to stay.

Breakfast was rough. Cold eggs and razor thin bacon. Not much to write home about. Pool area was closed due to a rain storm. First time I have seen this. No fresh baked cookies which is normally a plus for this hotel chain.

The pillows were like cardboard and the room needs to be ozoned or have the carpet replaced to get rid of the pet smell. Otherwise, it was good hotel room, and we will be back but bring our own pillows.

The AmericInn was fresh and clean. Swimming pool and spa were clean. Breakfast was excellent.

The staff was great. They made getting checked in a breeze. Room was very clean and tidy. Happy to stay here again soon.

I had a fantastic day here. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the hallways were quiet. The hotel itself was very well kept and beautiful. Pool I did not use, but the hot tub was exactly what I wanted. Hot breakfast in the morning was also outstanding, with lots of choices. Great value for the price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quick check in process (when pre-check is completed) clean and comfortable room. Exactly what we needed for 1 night.
