Breakfast staff and cleaning staff were exceptional and so incredibly kind and helpful. One breakfast staff went way out of her way to help so many children! It was amazing to see!!

5 stars is not fair to me but fewer stars wouldn’t quite be right either. We were unable to use our $380 rooms due to weather. We called the hotel who said no problem for refund which was a happy surprise. But they didn’t give us one. We did have non refundable rooms. Get refundable rooms.

The room and breakfast were great. The pool and hot tub were crowded. Lots of kids jumping around in the hot tub.

Clean room good amenities. It was a little frustrating that this location ended breakfast at 9:30 on the dot. Especially after guests may have had a late night as a guest to receptions etc
