Rooms have curtains and kitchen and social areas are well equipped. Walking distance from the beach and shops. Highly recommend staying here while you explore Manly!

This is an almost perfect hostel, for sure one of the best I've ever been! Great staff, really good breakfast included, billard pool and couches plus the various activities (as well as possible bike, Beachvolleyball etc rental for free!) make it easy to connect quickly. Also, the beds are very comfortable amf the curtain provides some privacy too.
Only point for improvement: an air condition in the room would be great. But the Ventilator worked fairly well too.

This is my first time traveling alone, so I booked a youth hostel to experience the food, accommodation and transportation of young people, and also to relive the memories of college dormitory life. I booked a triple room, which was clean and quiet. The whole hotel environment was good, and the front desk staff was also enthusiastic. Breakfast was a highlight, with many varieties. In addition to the usual bread 🍞, there were also croissants, cakes and yogurt that I loved, bacon, cheese and fresh flat fruit, oranges 🍎🍎. The transportation was convenient, there was a bus stop at the door, but Manly Wharf was only one stop away, not far away, and the beach was also close, just a few minutes walk away. I will come again next time and will introduce my relatives and friends to come.

Everything is perfect. It is a very good inn. Whether you are traveling or on a working holiday, it is highly recommended to come here. There is free breakfast, you can borrow surfboards for free, and there are plugs installed at the bedside.

Close to Manly Beach and good location
However, be careful as there is no elevator.
The kitchen is easy to use and the refrigerator is large.
Lots of places to rest, friendly and the best

Staff were friendly and people were nice. But how they expect people to sleep in 30°C rooms is beyond me. AC is needed if the windows are built to let a breeze in. Lots of activities but if you value your sleep staying there you’ll be too tired to want to participate.

Had a bad experience in a private double room I booked. In the middle of the night while I was asleep, a drunk male staff member opened my door, along with a drunk girl. I was disturbed that he had woken me up and gained access to my room. This staff member looked shocked that I was in the room. The following morning I complained to the reception, and the Irish manager apologised. I found his demeanour to be a bit dismissive. The whole incident made me very uncomfortable, as my double room was meant to be private. Immature conduct that a drunk male staff member should use his key card to gain access to my private double room, while I was asleep. Location of Stoke is okay, and they offer a free breakfast.
