首先位置很不好找，要去隔壁另一家酒店check in， 才能拿到鑰匙回來開門。 其次衞生真的很差，杯子 茶壺 燈上哪哪都是灰塵，而且上很重的灰，完全接受不了。

Checked in late on a warm summer evening. Nicely welcomed by a receptionist that was on her way home. Got a chock when I got to my room, must have been over 35 degrees in the room. And no air conditioning to turn on! A fan that sounded a lot but had no effect on the heat in the room...Window to a construction side limited the options to get any oxygen...Obviously it was virtually i possible to sleep. Should have stayed two nights, but checked out, tired, after one night.

It's just a stone's throw from the Hauptbahnhof, actually situated on the same street, and really easy to find. We used it as a base for TimeWarp festival and it was perfect. Having only opened in March, everything is pristine. It's a fantastically quirky place with a really funky warehouse/industrial style to the decor, which really works. The staff were mostly friendly (apart from the receptionist on Sunday - more about her later!) and the rooms and common areas were kept spotless - in fact there always seemed to be someone dusting! The bar prices were really reasonable and there was a little cold cabinet with snacks and drinks which you could use when the bar was closed. The beds were really comfy and really warm (as well as air conditioning) there was plenty of storage space and a digital safe in the room. We booked a medium sized room which was nicely spacious. The only downsides were the view to the front of the hotel, which unfortunately is currently a building site, where they are demolishing the old Post Office. Although this did not bother us (as it provided a bit of entertainment!) and was silent over the weekend mornings. The other downside was the strange bar opening policy; Earlier in the day on the Sunday, we had a beer before heading out to have a wander, while on our return there was a different receptionist, who insisted that the bar was closed on Sundays! We found this really strange! Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in Mannheim - would recommend it.

The hotel I a couple of months old. The reception is co-located in the counter of the restaurant on the first floor. The atmosphere gives a modem urban impression. The rooms are nicely designed. The breakfast was in the sister hotel about 75m away. The choices were great. Compared to many other traditional older hotels in Mannheim, this one sticks out as a fresh alternative.

The hotel is pretty nice. It has cool decorations and atmosphere, but the rooms are pretty dark. You have to walk to the neighboring hotel for breakfast, but it is not that big of a deal, it is only a 1 min walk max. The only downside is that the checkout didn't open Til 8 the day we left, so we had to check out in the other hotel, it worked out but it was a little annoying. The hotel is nice but not for a business trip, there is not area to really work in the room.

My colleagues and I stayed in this hotel for a few days on a business trip. It can be reached easily and is in a very central position. The rooms are very clean and cozy. also the staff is very helpful. Breakfast was good too but I didn't enjoy the fact that you have to have breakfast into another hotel (of the same chain) about 20/30 meters aside. It's also a pity that they do not have a private car park or, at least, a convention with some nearby parking lots. I don't give 5 stars due to the "problems" listed above, but. in general, I recommend the hotel and if I will have the chance to come back in Mannheim I will seriously take in account this hotel.

Very small room, no closets, no minibar, no hair conditioner and very dark. The table next to the bed imitates a drum set and is very small. It was supposed to be “modern design” but it just looks like poorly designed and carelessly planned decoration. The black painted ceiling increases the feeling of darkness and there is no central light, just a lamp next to the bed. Breakfast is also not served here but at the hotel next door. There is also no 24-hour reception, so if you arrive late you have to go to the reception at the hotel next door. The location is very central and easy to access from the train station. I only recommend this hotel for a 1-day stay and if it's just to sleep. If you want to enjoy the city and walk around, this is not a comfortable hotel.

Leider habe ich hier nicht übernachtet, sondern war nur im Rahmen eines Meetings im Tagungsbereich. Der Tagungsbereich war wie das Hotel sehr stylisch eingerichtet und der Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. In den Pausen wurden wir mit leckeren Snacks verwöhnt. Vielleicht komme ich ja bald mal in den Genuss hier auch mal zu nächtigen :-)

Ich kann dieses Schmuckstück mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter empfehlen! Absolut stylisch, gemütlich, modern & angesagt! Kannte ich so noch nicht...top Konzept! Frühstück (nebenan) absolut genial (bis auf die Lösung eine Kaffeemaschine hin zu stellen). Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett und natürlich...Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. Parkplatzregelung (Grundstück weiter, offen) fand ich schon (hatte es eilig) schon etwas grrr.... Wenn Mannheim, dann wieder im STAYTION!

Das STAYTION Hotel ist definitiv ein Hingucker. Stylische Details sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bar-Bereich machen den Besuch zu einem Augenschmaus. Das Checkin war professionell und freundlich, das Zimmer und das Bad waren klein aber sauber und schick. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Tatsache, dass wir das Fenster nicht öffnen könnten, da von Außen ein sehr vehementer Fettgeruch in das Zimmer strömte. Ohne Lüftung war es im Zimmer dann zu warm (die Klimaanlage war wohl schon im Winterbetrieb und damit keine Hilfe). Zugegebenermaßen sind wir etwas empfindlich, was Gerüche angeht, es ist gut möglich, das andere sich nicht daran gestört hätten. Das Frühstück fand im Nachbarhotel SYTE statt. Das Hotel ist noch deutlich gediegener als das STAYTION und hat ein sehr gemütliches Ambiente, von der Musik bis zum Mobiliar. Das Frühstück an sich war qualitativ wirklich gut, besonders empfehlenswert sind die Eierspeisen, die auf Anfrage zubereitet werden. Leider waren beim Personal einige Mitarbeiter ganz offensichtlich und lautstark mit Gesprächen und (persönlichen) Telefonaten beschäftigt. Um nur zwei Beispiele zu nennen : Quer durch den Raum war es uns unmöglich zu überhören, das der bestellte Kühlschrank wohl kommen, der alte aber nicht abgeholt würde. Diese Angelegenheit zu regeln und zwischenzeitlich immer mal wieder mit Kollegen zu erörtern, zog sich hin. Auch dass ein (nicht anwesender) Herr Bröckling eine Sonderreinigung von 150€ zu zahlen hat und dieses noch offen sei, erfuhren wir ungewollt. Beide Unterhaltungen waren untermalt mit deftigen Kraftausdrücken - so weit für Diskretion. Ohne dieses Erlebnis wäre unsere Bewertung ganz sicherlich besser ausgefallen, denn das Hotel hat Charme.

Ottimo albergo, bellissimo design, rifiniture top, buona posizione, bella musica e bel ambiente. Unica pecca la ora di check-in un po tardi(alle 15) e qualche atteggiamento da qualcuno del staff da migliorare. Prezzo qualità conveniente.

Recatomi per lavoro ho soggiornato per 7 giorni; ho trovato tutto il necessario, una climatizzazione regolabile, un letto comodo, dei cuscini confortevoli un bel bagno con una bella doccia e un arredamento molto piacevole; il televisore purtroppo mi permetteva solamente di vedere un canale italiano e mancava un minibar, inoltre non ho mai trovato il ricambio della bottiglietta dell'acqua per sopperire alla mancanza, a parte questo tutto positivo, compresa la pulizia del locale e la cortesia dello staff. Complimenti I stayed at work for 7 days; I found everything I needed, adjustable air conditioning, a comfortable bed, comfortable pillows a nice bathroom with a nice shower and a very nice decor; The television unfortunately allowed me to only see an Italian channel and lacked a mini bar, and I never found the replacement of the water bottle to cover the lack, apart from this all positive, including the cleanliness of the room and the courtesy of the staff. Die Bar im Statyion ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und bietet genügend Platz für einen schönen Abend. Der Barkeeper, Daniel, hat uns zudem sehr gut bewirtet und uns den ganzen Abend zum Lachen gebracht. Die Drinks sind lecker und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Estuve por trabajo en este hotel, esta situado al lado de la estación de tren. El servicio del hotel fue perfecto, la habitación grande, comoda y limpia. Puede ser un poco caro pero creo que todos los hoteles de la zona tienen precio parecido.
