"The room photos shown on trip.com do not match the actual room. The property owner is unprofessional, has poor service, and has a bad attitude. He answers questions emotionally and tells customers to be patient (very confusing!!!). The room is not clean and there is a lot of dust. But the peak point is that there are millipedes under the blanket. I was very shocked. The small air conditioner is not suitable for the room size. It makes the room hot and I had to ask for an additional fan."

"I found this place that is not far from my family farm but is far from everything else. It's not walking distance to anything. Not even walking distance to a 7-Eleven. But that's not why I gave it a low rating. 1. Thailand is known for hard beds at hotels. But this one is beyond hard. It felt like I laid a thin sheet on the hard floor to sleep on. 2. I'm used to some hotels asking for a room deposit. It's usually a couple hundred baht. There are some that goes up to 500 baht. But this place wanted 700 baht room deposit. Not even a Hilton asks for that. 3. On the second day of my 2-night stay, I was waken up in my room by staff who tells me if I'm checking out or not. I told them I was booked for 2 nights which they replied that I had to pay for an additional night. I informed them that I paid with Trip.com. They couldn't find a record of it so I had to get dressed and head to the office. It took them about an hour to figure out that I already paid for 2 nights. So much for a relaxing day."

"The room is clean, inexpensive (800 baht including breakfast), and quiet. Every time I go to Chainat, I stay here. The house has parking. The outside is shady and has lots of trees. There are two cute dogs to greet you. The owner is friendly and hospitable. The items in the room are new and clean. The decorations are modern loft style. I must go again if I have the chance."

"The hotel's exterior does not look inviting. It looks old and outdated and the corridor in which the rooms are located looks dark and dreary. The hotel is also located by the highway. At most, it's a decent place to spend the night if you're passing through the area. The room itself was ok. Bathroom was clean and soap, shampoo was provided. However, I did notice hair on the sheets and a stain on the pillow, which tells me that maybe they weren't changed. There is also a fridge in the room. The staff spoke no English which made communication a little challenging but we managed with Google translate. The microwave and kettle is in the lobby. However, I did not find the kettle clean enough to use."
