Everyone was just right but the AC didn’t work

I liked the homey feels while staying in the room. It's like a 2nd home setup -- appliances and everything. The receptionist was also very helpful and attentive with my requests 😊 so thankfull for being able to speak with him in English. Highly recommended for those who like a comfortable place to stay in. 👍👍👍

Highly recommended hotel. The staff were very attentive, especially considering we arrived outside reception hours. Parking was difficult.

This is a fully furnished duplex rental with parking at an additional cost. No restaurant service, but several bars are available for lunch. It's located a long way from the city center (paseo).

Excellent service and I am grateful for the upgrade to my stay and the great atmosphere and treatment I received.

The only good thing about the apartment is how nice the building is, and at first glance, the apartment itself is also attractive. But when you see the quality and functionality, it's a complete disaster. The furniture is cheap and of the worst quality, like something from IKEA. The water heater is right next to the bed, dripping and making noise all night. The apartment has no heating, only air conditioning that doesn't work. The drainpipe from the bathroom in the apartment above runs over the bed, so you can hear what the neighbor is doing when they use the bathroom. The furnishings are terrible, basic, and of extremely poor quality. You could stay for two days, but I wouldn't stay any longer. To top it all off, you have to leave your car about a kilometer away to find parking without breaking the bank. There's no elevator, and it's not suitable for elderly people or those with mobility issues, as you practically need to climb the stairs to get to the bed. They're small and very steep.

There was an overwhelming smell of tobacco in the rooms, even though smoking was prohibited. The room had no ventilation. The bed was in an awkward position. The stairs were very steep, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility. It was impossible to get into bed.
