The location suits our plan perfectly and made the next day Mt Buller ski day nice and easy! Very thoughtful facilities like after hour key pick up box, trolley to move luggage between parking and room, in resort shops with cheap snow stuff…and staff were nice too, I left my lunch bag in fridge and they were very nice to send it to my home! Will book again next time.

Not family friendly, families with kids better avoid going to this place.

Clean, friendly, good place for family

Housekeeping service only once in between stay not daily, simple change of towels and sheets, no cleaning of kitchen and dish washing. Power supply not steady, jump lines at least five times last night. No lift for second floor, need to carry luggage for 20 steps.

Good location easy to get to Mt Buller and Craig's Hut from there

This time I booked a two-room family suite and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a three-bedroom, one-living room room. The room was very old, but very clean. There was a large terrace where you could sit and drink tea and read, and watch the kids swimming in the pool. The hotel also has a hot spa, which would be very pleasant after skiing in winter.

The room is very big The living room has enough space for activities The kitchen utensils are very complete
