The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. The service was excellent.

The service was warm and attentive; the front desk manager personally picked us up from the train station and even recommended some worthwhile sights. The room was spacious and clean, and the location was convenient. The bed was just the right firmness, making for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel is luxurious with a full range of facilities. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby, and it's very close to the pedestrian street in the commercial district. The hotel also has a bathhouse, which is free for guests. The environment is great, and the service is good. The hotel is very popular and attracts a lot of Russians, so you might notice a Russian ambiance. It's definitely one of the best hotels in the area.

The room was exceptionally large (the front desk upgraded us), the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet and was also spacious. The location was convenient, right on Zhongsu Street, and the service was good. The only inconvenience was the limited parking.

Apparently the good old days of this '90s-style hotel are over. The room is dirty, the windows haven't been washed in a while, the curtains haven't been washed, the lighting is underpowered, and the sink is clogged. The towels are like rags—I wouldn't even use them to dry my dog—and here they offer them to guests. The photos confirm it. They offer a sauna, but it's best not to go—no one will explain anything to you, and even the herbal treatments are now a paid service. The sauna is also filthy. The staff, in particular, are rude, with no respect. I understand that Russian tourists aren't all decent, but we pay equally. Service should come first, from greeting to farewell—and here, there's nothing even close. Problems aren't resolved. I will never return to this dirty and inhospitable hotel. Its only positive is its close proximity to everything.

The room had a lovely Russian style, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the customer service was very welcoming, the location was convenient, and the whole family had a very comfortable stay.
