我們訂的是小別墅環境還不錯，房間裏就有温泉池可以泡，我們去的比較早房間還沒有完全收拾好就看見阿姨在幫我們消毒温泉池洗的很乾凈。温泉區裏面還挺大的有很多温泉池，固定時間還有表演看。我們選在工作日去果然人比較少我們玩的也開心，酒店工作人員服務態度也很好，最後推薦一下早上和晚上的自助餐真的很好吃特別是芝士蛋糕，晚上的蝦吃一口就嚐出來了非常新鮮。

這家温泉酒店是朋友推薦的，住過之後確實非常不錯。前台的服務非常熱情，也很專業，感謝前台的小姐姐張曉文為我們免費升級了泡池房，使我們有了更多元的體驗。整個温泉酒店的環境非常美，而且和喜來登酒店合作，免費的早餐也安排在喜來登，品種非常豐富。而御水古温泉酒店也為喜來登提供温泉水，雙方的很多設施都是共用的，真是一個雙贏的合作。有機會還會再來。

設施：很好 衞生：很好 環境：很好 服務：很好 尤其是辦理入住的張麗華非常棒，熱情周到，五星接待。客房服務員也很好，響應快。 缺點是：房間的毛巾很舊，床上用品舊且單薄，尤其是被很單薄，如果不開暖氣絕對不夠暖。温泉區更衣室的毛巾也很舊。

酒店還可以，庭院泡池夠大夠深，温泉水很好。温泉區池子很多，戲樓表演也可以。建議彩虹滑梯標識開放時間，安排工作人員在水池接應滑下來的孩子，保障安全。建議停車場安裝充電樁，附近充電很不方便，大大影響電車就行。
