酒店很好！高端大氣！房間温馨舒適，佈局合理。酒店位置也不錯，酒店樓下有一家牛肉火鍋很好！家庭出遊，性價比不錯的酒店。

每次回茂名都會來這住，因為一直覺得服務不錯。這次回來感覺之前的温度已經不在，退房的時候有5,6個客人在等，衹有一個小妹在匆忙的服務，旁邊一個不知道是大堂經理還是什麼衹知道在笑，一直沒有上前疏導。過了好一會兒才從裏面出來一男一女，男的直接推給了女的。這樣的服務下次回來準備換個酒店了

這次入住茂名國際大酒店感到很舒心，不僅酒店外觀美而且客房也很棒，設施也不錯，感到最滿意的是酒店人員素質高，熱情周到，特別是前台那位帶眼鏡的靚女服務態度甚好，熱心熱情幫我們解決原房間滲水調換了一間更好的客房，特此表示感謝，謝謝了，下次來茂名仍住國際大酒店。

地理位置好，設施齊全，客房服務員也勤快，一天估計要收拾兩次（客人入住後晚餐時間她們應該又進去整理過房間，更換了毛巾，擦手巾）
自助餐也可以，但那個熱食的湯粉鍋當天壞了一段時間，導致我吃不了湯粉，另外，那個熱食廚師（和湯粉同一個人），我交待做兩個單面荷包蛋，然後我其他食品都準備好了，回去拿發現沒有給我煎，問，就是忘記了！不好意思。我碟子都放那裡等了！！！哎！
無奈，趕火車，衹能在那上面的雙面超熟的蛋裏夾了兩個，太熟了太熟了太熟了，不好吃不好吃不好吃！！！
其他食品還是蠻齊全的。
但好像看不到咖啡（也許是我急，看不到），現磨的就更沒有看到了。酒店請回應一下，是我看漏了嗎？

房間的性價比在茂名來説還是比較好的，也算是老牌子的酒店了，算是在市中心的位置，周邊衣食住行都是非常方便的，無論是旅遊還是商住，選這家酒店還是很不錯的。
設施：相對還是比較齊全的。
衞生：也是做的還不錯。
環境：周邊吃的地方還是很多的，稍微走幾步就有南越文創街，很多地道美食。
服務：一般酒店的服務基本都齊全。
