This was a very friendly and overall okay facility. My main complaint was that my room had many many bugs. I had a floor may down in front of the shower and after a couple of days it had many many bugs on it. I also noticed many on the top of the ac unit.

Usually this property is spotless! But this time walls and floors were dirty. My room had a terrible odor and the refrigerator made so much noise I had to turn it off. The shower area had holes in the walls where the floor meets the wall… holes and a couple large cracks. The water coming out was f the shower head was so harsh even after I attempted to turn it down.
This time I was very disappointed. I have been there many times before.

Pool is in an atrium area and is already a little dark and several of the lights inside the water were out if a kid was on the bottom you would have a hard time seeing them they need to fix ASAP. The pool also had a bad chlorine smell that indicates poor air circulation and was cloudy - I would not let anyone I know use it - It was bad

Some sort of reception in the pool area made the advantage of the pool-side room null. It was also a little disappointing that the water pressure was so low - even on the first floor.

We got the suite because of the fridge and stove. The stove was broke and we told them about it, nobody came to fix it nor seemed to care. The microwave sounded like it was going to explode and had no glass plate inside. Adult swim is supposed to be in the later hours and there were little kids running and jumping into the pool and throwing a ball across the pool. We went to the hot tub and one of the kids literally jumped in the hot tub and splashed us twice. We left the hot tub to go sit on the chairs. When the children all finally got out of the hot tub there was something brown floating in it and we called it a night after that and just went back to our room and stood there the rest of our stay. I don’t think younger children should be in a hot tub, especially not unattended. I get it’s a family fun hotel, but it needs structure.
