725 Continental Hotel is in a central position, short walk one way to Plaza de la Republica, with Obelisco, and a short walk the other way to Plaza de Mayo.A stop for the open top bus tours is on the other side of the street. Hailing a taxi is easy on the roadside but reception ordered a taxi without charge. The hotel has no car park, but there is paid-parking nearby. This art deco building is in a street of such buildings making for a scenic cityscape, both from the street and roof top terrace, where there is a bar and small pool. Sunset drinks were enjoyed on the roof. Room and ensuite was large and everywhere was clean. Reception directed us to 2 double rooms before finding the twin we had booked, which was an unwanted inconvenience after a long journey. There was a paid mini bar but no kettle in the room. View was across to the buildings the other side of the street. Air conditioning worked well. The lifts are slow and the wait was tiresome, but fortunately we could use the stairs from our room on a lower floor. Breakfast is served on the first floor, and there is a bar and restaurant on the ground floor, which we did not use. There are tango shows and many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. Breakfast buffet was adequate with omelettes cooked to order. Window tables have picturesque street views. Facilities give the five star rating, but 725 Continental Hotel is more comfortable than luxurious. Location and service on offer made it good value.

Hotel with excellent cost benefit. Very good location! For reviews on hosting sites, we ask not to stay at the 1st floor and that's the best tip I can give. Our 2nd floor room was quiet! I think the first floor rooms should suffer a lot with the noise, they offer a simple breakfast that breaks a stick, which would be a thousand times.

Hotel bem localizado, fizemos muitas idas e vindas a pé, achamos as redondezas bem segura. Andamos de taxi também, no local passavam vários e não tivemos problema nenhum. Quando chegamos no quarto, haviam duas camas de solteiro, nós mesmo juntamos e conseguimos dormir dessa forma. O frigobar não gela, é apenas para manter temperatura ambiente. Pegamos o recorde de calor na Argentina em Março/23, graças Deus o ar condicionado estava funcionando perfeitamente, o chuveiro é ótimo, café da manhã é ok, o wifi que não é muito bom. Se você vai fazer passeios, ficar o dia inteiro fora e não pretende ficar muito tempo no hotel, apenas usar para descanso, eu recomendo.

Near the Capitol Building, so the location is very good, there is also a subway station nearby, and it is very convenient to travel. First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Clean and well presented hotel in a great location on Av Corrientes. The street comes alive at night with buskers, dancers & small market stalls. The hotel is safe & staff were very helpful. Only (minor) negative was that yhe rooms don’t have kettles so you need to walk down to level 1 to get hot water (bit odd). But it’s a good hotel and worth a visit.

The location is successful, everything is near, and what is not near - on transportation or taxi for a small price. (to trade is necessary, or the next taxi driver will be more cooperative) Everywhere shops, restaurants, walking street Florida. Currency exchange is the same. In 10-12 min. walking terminal from where ferries are sent to Uruguay. The room itself is large, two-room, with balcony and panoramic windows, stunning dawns and sunsets. (on the 37th floor) But very dusty. Bosic does not look. We left the country for a few days and, looking at other hotels around the city, decided to come back here because except dust, everything was fine. The Internet is good, the minimum dishes, but we were enough.The only thing was missing a microwave oven. Also after return I asked for 2 more towels for the pool, the manager replied please, but for $10, very not visionary from his side.For very lazy people there is a cafe right at the entrance, they serve good steaks for an acceptable price. Otherwise, it is normal.

The arrival very well the boy at the door in the mornings, throughout the stay, the staff in the afternoon, did not even want to open the door even though it was raining. The attention service in parts, derogatory, and the prices do not coordinate with those of the network. On the internet they promise 5,000 pesos and at the entrance the man asked me for 14,000 pesos. The next day, however, I heard that another man was being asked for 5,000 pesos each night. Something like that is unacceptable and doubtful. The bathtub without a plug, the curtains dirty and the tv did not work well. Bed and mattress fine but blankets are missing, it was cold. Very slow internet in the rooms. Generally good, to get out of trouble.

Excellent location. Hotel clean, concierge service excellent but for one. Breakfast excellent as is the attached, but separate, restaurant. Ate there every night. Taxis in Buenos Aries cheap, prompt. No tips necessary but very appreciated and deserved especially in the Argentina inflation problems . One of the desk staff NOT the younger ones who had good English and integrity, was running a taxi scam with a driver from Imperial Taxi. We fell for his line and paid 5 times more than our friends to travel to cruise port. This caused our friends who were returning to the City after our cruise to go elsewhere. Tainted the stay. All other people we met in this Hotel and in Argentina were fantastic and helpful.

The hotel is located in the center of Buenos Aires, very close to 7th September Street and the Obelisk. Clean and tidy, warm service. Had dinner three times at the restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, and it felt good! The football in the hotel lobby is amazing 👍🏻

Es la segunda oportunidad en la que me alojo en este establecimiento hotelero de la ciudad de Mar del Plata. Para comenzar, destaco la ubicación en pleno centro y cercana a los principales sitios de interés turístico de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas y las camas confortables. En lo que se refiere a las sábanas y toallas, durante mi estadía siempre fueron de buena calidad y excelente limpieza. La habitación cuenta con led, jarra térmica, frigobar vacío con buena temperatura y caja de seguridad. La vista desde mi habitación daba a un patio interno, pero sinceramente como estaba todo el día afuera ni me importó. El desayuno estaba bastante completo, lo único tal vez a mejorar, era la temperatura de los huevos revueltos y las salchichas que estaban fríos. Todo los demás que sirven me pareció muy rico y la atención de las chicas del comedor es muy correcta. El personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial, y en mi caso, TENGO QUE DESTACAR que siempre estuvieron muy predispuestos para bridarme soluciones a pedidos especiales que realicé. Excelente relación precio = calidad, ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I booked two rooms for five days at a cost of 1,200,000 pesos (approximately 1458 dollars), and I feel that the value paid is not reflected in the services and amenities offered. The rooms are notably small, and surprisingly, parking is not included despite it being a 3-star hotel. The value for money was not as expected. Furthermore, facilities like the swimming pool are inadequate for the number of guests; it is too small and lacks enough space to sit comfortably. Another area for improvement is the noise level in the rooms at night, particularly from the fridge, and the design of the bathroom, which is uncomfortable especially in the area of the bidet and shower. I hope this feedback will be useful in improving the experience for future guests. I appreciate the staff's attention, but I believe certain aspects need to be adjusted to justify the price of the stay

The hotel is old but very well restored. A little dark in general. Maintains the old granite floors in public areas and the parquet in the rooms, as well as the plate. The furniture could be better. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very comfortable to move from there to any point. The staff of the reception could be more friendly if you would like. Breakfast on the 7th floor is very good (it missed eggs revised). The room is small but more shower! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
