Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded to ease scheduling for others, and the penthouse was great! Updated facility, comfy beds, and a great view!

I didn't expect the rooms to be so small, but later I realized, Key West is pretty crammed for real estate. Eventually I learned to love it as the functionality of the small space was well thought out. Amenities on the property were also very good. All in all, I accept the rating I saw before booking it.

Clean, quiet room for visit to the keys. Grounds had picnic tables, clean swimming pool, kayaks, hammocks, etc. for use.

The view of the gulf was of course the best part of the experience-absolutely gorgeous. Did not care for the amount of stairs from parking to the room, especially carrying luggage.

The property was right on the gulf and we were allowed to fish on the property.they had a single and double kayak and paddleboard for use(free).The staff were wonderful.the place was clean.
The only thing that was slightly problematic was the walls were not well insulated so you could hear everything outside and next door
I would add more lighting throughout the room especially the kitchen.

Overall the property was good. The front office has limited hours, after-hours check-in was smooth. The water pressure in shower and sink was really low. Sink had a large crack (needs replacement).

We had a wonderful stay here! The view over the sea with the palms is nice, I've spent much time in the hammock between the palms or on our balcony just to enjoy the view. The apar**ent itself is equipped with everything you might need. The bed is soft and we had a good sleep. The bathroom is also nice and I was happy to have a shower that can be taken off the wall in opposite to most other showers in the US.
The employees are very helpful and polite. So in total, everything was perfect for us! If I visit the Keys again, I will definitely stay here again!
