We spent two weeks at this hotel, and largely it was good. The food was a bit repetitive. You could tell what day it was by the food provided. The food was probably aimed at a Spanish clientele, which is NOT a complaint. Most of the meat was on the bone, and most dinner's had a preponderance of fish We never saw potatoes except as chips or hash browns. Pasta was available at every dinner . Desserts were disappointing with luminous jelly , rice pudding, dry cakes & ice cream. It would have an idea to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The weather was rotten, but that's not the hotel's fault. The location is marvellous, being only 200 metres from the local beach, with many bars close by.

First the negs; There were some poor electrics one socket was with wires showing and the balcony the same without light. The balcony was half fixed still no working light but no bare wires, the socket was fixed. So no balcony light. The sheets are thick and rough not light or soft and it was not nice as it was hot and I don't like to use air con but like a sheet on me. The lefts are unreliable. You can wait 5 minutes for one to take you up or down they just pass you though called and as I was on the 3rd floor and there are 7 (actually 8 as the breakfast floor is an extra floor between 0 and 1 called E) so I did not want to talk to roof terrace for pool area nor down for breakfast. My room was noisy as had a connecting door between me and the people next door no insulation from speaking at all. No coffee making facilities as no kettle or cups milk coffee tea in room. Safe needed money if wanted not self set code it was the key type and 3 euro per day which I did not want to spend so locked stuff in my case. The toilet seat moved when sat on. The shower was over bath and in the middle of the length of the bath not at the end yet they only provided a shower panel/screen to half way so you either got loads of water on floor or had to hold the shower and not have it on the holder really strange. The hand soap was horrid smelling. Breakfast was hot and miss with the eggs they usually were old. The melon likewise some days was soft on edges like out for hours or cut the day or two before. The sweet pastries were mostly mediocre and cheap tasting. I cannot comment on the meat I don't eat it. Now the pros: Location. Absolutely wonderful for beach and the old town centre and all the parks all on foot and good supermarket nearby Carrefour so no need for car. The balcony was nice for 2 people and looks down on the street with trees and birds and lovely sky at night. There are 4 free electricity sockets in the room. The reception staff are really nice and helpful and spoke good English. The roof terrace though had small pool was nice as the pool was covered and would be good off peak though unheated and there were plenty of umbrellas and loungers for use. No bar but you can buy from the bar on the floor E and take up. Wonderful sea view. They have included a long curved sloped entryway for pushchairs and wheelchair users to enter the building. The cleaning is of a high standard in the main. You get a floor clean once a week and daily bedmaking or towel changes as needed you just leave towel on floor if dirty. Plumbing very good and shower pressure and temperature hot or cold as wanted very good. I hope you find this helpful if so please vote so!

Very close to the beach old town and the newer beachfront area. Super friendly helpful staff clean nice new rooms, large bathroom and patio, great pool area. Breakfast was included but I am not a big fan of hotel breakfast in general so I typically never have anything good to say about hotel breakfast. However my wife who is super positive did a walk through of the breakfast and decided that she was not into it either so take it for what it’s worth.will definitely return.

This was a last minute booking to attend a wedding and there was no time to be lost searching. But it was well worth it, this was a very well priced room and the hotel is so well situated, less than 700 mtrs from the beach and in the centre of Marbella with everything you need in the local area and well connected for transport, taxis etc. The gentleman on reception when I arrived (sorry I cannot remember your name) was so very helpful, polite and considerate and made me feel really welcome, even printing my return boarding pass for me. The room was excellent and the position even better. I was only B&B but the food was very good and plentiful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and all the staff so very welcoming, the icing on the cake (as little time as I had) was the roof terrace with pool, just wish I was staying longer, but I will certainly use the hotel again (or one of the 5 others in the group) and fully recommend it.

Had a great time at this hotel was here for 7 days end April till early may The staff are great and attentive The hotel is very central close to beach and on the doorstep of the shops Bonus is the rooftop area but the pool is too cold just now Meals are normal buffet stuff. I recommend bed and breakfast as there is numerous restaurants close by to eat Plenty of them had deals on The lunch menu lasts till 4 pm in most places and as long as you sit down before the time you get the prices We had some really nice meals out For a 3 star hotel you get linen and towels changed each day The hotel in high season had a bar area on rooftop which I believe will be great . We had lots of rain and when the weather was better the rooftop was great . There was plenty beds to choose from and the views were great

The hotel is located close to the beach and the Old Town. Rooms are bigger than most and the balcony is a bonus. The bathroom was a bit dated with a tub/shower/nozzle setup that was inconvenient. Breakfast was included in the room price and was a typical buffet of mediocre food. We ended up skipping it after the first morning and eating elsewhere. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall our stay was a good experience and we would stay there again.

Very clean, big room. The staff were multi lingual, very polite, professional and helpful. A great little pool on the sun terrace on the roof. I had breakfast included and there was a wide selection of hot and cold too choose from. Also my suitcase had broken while traveling. The hotel sent a maintenance person to see if he could fix it (it was way beyond repair though). When I asked about getting rid of my very large broken case before I left, housekeeping said to leave it in my room when I checked out and not to worry about it as they would dispose of it. Very very impressed with my whole stay and would definitely go back next time I am in Marbella.

Stayed here only for two days this time, last year we had a week and it was great.Receptionist very professional and efficient.Room on the top floor was as good as ever, very clean with plenty of space, good storage areas, clean well-equipped bathroom with toiletries supplied.Super balcony with table, chairs and views over the rooftops.TV in room had some UK channels, fridge worked extremely well. Food is of a high standard for a 3 star hotel with plenty of variation in the menus. The packed lunch (picnic) can be ordered the day before and it is just 1st class, best I have come across in Spain! Only minor issue this time is my wife and I felt the food could often not be very hot reaching the servery,it also seemed the overhead heating in this unit was either very poor or not working at all, such a shame for good quality produce.A small microwave is all that is needed to address this issue, many hotels have these now in the dining rooms. It has a great location,2 minutes from the bus stops and 5 minutes walk to the beach areas. We shall return again as the hotel and staff have real character.

Just got back from a 10 night stay. Hotel was superb, clean, tidy and very welcoming. Great location and breakfast was pretty good as well, nice staff and swimming pool was a nice peaceful chill out place to relax. All in all very good, would definitely stay here again in the future and would thoroughly recommend. Close to the old town and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Well done to everyone who made our stay so comfortable.

Location is great as near Old Town and just a few minutes walk away from the beachfront through the delightful park with fountains Breakfast was a reasonable Buffet spread with plenty of choice of hot and cold options. The room was clean and spacious with a nice large glass fronted balcony, but we did have a problem with our bed the first night which was sorted by the 2nd night by the excellent lady on reception. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area was a nice bonus aswell as it seems to get plenty of sunshine. Yes I would stay there again if I was looking for reasonable accommodation in a great position in Marbella. As we were arriving too late at night for the Avanza bus to Marbella, we used 'Welcome Pickups' for a transfer straight to the hotel. At £70 it was expensive, but worth it to be taken door to door when tired and very late.

Stayed here for 5 nights recently on a half board basis. Chose this hotel for the location and we weren’t disappointed. A few minutes from the old town in one direction, and the beach in the other. Great ice cream shop on the corner! Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Pool on the terrace is small but was very quiet and we had no trouble getting a sun bed. Food choice was limited but suited us as we only ate there for breakfast and lunch. Good choice of salads. Hot food was only lukewarm. Pros: great location. Cons: no kettle, coffee/tea making facilities in room.
