I booked 3 junior suits, we were traveling 5 adults and 4 children and in the reservation it was clearly stated that children from 3 to 7 years old entered the room for free. We arrived and they did not have my reservation and they put us in 3 normal rooms with an extra very uncomfortable bed. One of the very small rooms, with a strong smell of tobacco and facing the highway, we could not sleep well. I would like a refund of the overcharge. Thank you

Our holiday started really good. The rooms were big and clean , the bathrooms as well. The ladies in reception were very friendly and helpful !! My only issue with the resort was that although we had booked an all inclusive , on our last day there , because we checked out midday and only left in the night , they REFUSED to let me get a glass of water for my 5 year old son !!! I was in shock. Talk about human rights ! Then I asked them if I could only have a portion of spaghetti for my child and said I will pay for it ! They said I have to pay for the full menu as it’s a buffet ! I tried to explain that I only wanted a bowl of food for him and no dessert or anything else but they would not reason with me ! I can’t say it was because of a language barrier. No no ….. they spoke a good English ….. they were just not willing to help. This is after I spent 2 weeks there !!!! Very disappointing ! I will tell all my friends about the experience. It is a shame because in my last hour there they disappointed to the core !!! This was the first time we had that issue !! We always have a late flight back from a holiday and the people working in all the other resorts were extremely helpful when it came to the last meal there !!!!

First impressions were good. We arrived late, yet the dining room had saved food for our arrival. A picnic style plate of sandwich, fruit and other bits. This place has the best shower I have ever had abroad. ALWAYS hot and the pressure was amazing. The beds were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day. Yes you have to get a token for your drink cup. This is 1euro. You get the euro back when you leave This is only for the pool bar and not the evening bars. Apparently you can hire towels for the sun beds for 10 euros. We were not told this but I heard other people talking about it and they had blue towels. Yes the food isn't Al a carte but there is always choice. It's not always the hottest but there are 2 microwaves in the main food area. I will say if you have a sweet tooth you will be disappointed by dessert choices at lunch and tea. Lots of nice pastries at breakfast. There are pastries and fruit next to pool bar after breakfast and some form of lunch after lunch serving till 630. There should be no need to be hungry. The entertainment were always visible. They were so good with children-even outside of the kids club area. At night the dancefloor was always full - I just admit mainly by the spanish visitors. One night it was so nice to see them invite a young British couple to dance with them and teach them a traditional dance. All pools cleaned every day. All staff lovely. Sebas on reception is a total asset to the reception team. The dance trained entertainment team member is friendly and very helpful after I lost my phone in a taxi. The inside bar was efficiently run but several staff but two stood out. Just wish I had go their names. Nothing is a problem especially for Sebas on reception. They are happy to talk about local areas. Phone taxis. Advice on bus service. When you first pull up to hotel you may think you are isolated and on a motorway. You barely hear any traffic and there are a selection of shops, bars, chemist and tobacconist literally on your door step as is the bus stops. So there always has to be some Negatives. I would worry that in the height of summer the indoors bar couldn't cope with the volume of people. There were major wars over getting seats to watch entertainment and the queues at bar could get quite long. The pinecone on trees are large so be very wary where you place your sunbed. You cannot get a cup of tea or coffee with your lunch or tea in the dining room. They are blocked off after breakfast. The juice was coming out warm from the all inclusive section next to the bar. But you could just go to the bar for a cold drink. They advertise a heated pool and there wasn't one. They also advertise a beach shuttle bus which I never seen. The beach is literally a 10 minute walk anyway. Some suggestions to the hotel would be - Keep the butter next to bread (it's currently beside fruit) Keep milk near to coffee machines (it's also next to the fruit) Have different spoons for each

Having a really lovely stay here at AluaSun Marbella Park! For the low price that you pay even with the all-inclusive - it is a really good value when you’re on a budget. The rooms are sleepable, the facilities are more than enough, and the staff are super friendly. If you’re looking for an affordable, no-frills holiday with everything included (with the all-inclusive), I recommend this resort. It’s obvious that the hotel resort itself is quite dated, but I think it adds to its overall charm. As a World of Hyatt member, they assigned me a really big and spacious bedroom with a lovely large balcony terrace.

This hotel has wonderful facilities but it really lets itself down when it comes to the food. Don’t go all inclusive or include the breakfast would be my advice. There are plenty of nice eateries around the hotel so avoid that part and it would be a lovely hotel. The snack bar next to the pool doesn’t have food cooked fresh, it is brought over from the restaurant at about 4pm. It was often burgers or hot dogs but no choice as to which and just left out until you wanted it. We were all inclusive but gave up with the breakfasts in the end as we had such an early time slot and the food was awful. We have just come back from at the start of the season so the hotel wasn’t very full. Queues at the bar were an issue if there were more than 3 people but generally the pool area was great and the kids loved the slides. The room had been modernised and was a good size but was tired in parts, broken doors and shower. Nothing that affected our holiday too much. The kids team were great and the entertainment and bingo were really fun. If this hotel sorted out the food it could be magnificent!

It was actually a blessing in disguise. It was not our intention to stay there, but circumstances turned out that way and I can still say that we enjoyed it very much. Because the staff was so professional yet very accessible, you could really enjoy a holiday. Until the splash area, it was ensured that people did not reserve beds with their towels, as in most hotels. Despite the size of the hotel, there were no long lines for food at the restaurant or outside the bar. What me The most personal thing that stayed with me is that they were open to real feedback because they take their guests seriously. My compliments! Keep it up and see you soon!

Budget hotel, that’s needs some TLC, just off the A7, tbh you cannot really hear any traffic, if you hire a car the hotel charges 12 euros per day for parking . we just parked in the lay-by on the front, loads of bars and restaurants with in 5 mins walk from hotel, which you might need, the rooms are basic, with no kettle, balcony is the smallest in Spain, the bingo entertainment was incredible, the big let down was unfortunately the food, most of the staff were friendly, the hotel was VFM and a good location if you hire a car,

The room was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was fine. Beds were very comfortable. Sorry but the food was not great. Really disappointed. Looking forward to a nice breakfast in the mornings. Never happened.. Dinners weren't the greatest either. Lovely place though

A great budget friendly hotel 15 minutes in a taxi from Puerto Banus. For people visiting with families, bear in mind people will use this hotel for hen and stag parties to save money instead of stopping in the more expensive Puerto Banus so you may experience some noise of people coming in late. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, except when we arrived and relaxed around the pool bar for a few hours the jugs of Sangria were great! The hotel seems like a really great hotel for children with a small waterpark with slides. The hotel food was of a good standard. Rooms were spacious and clean.
