From the moment you check into the Red Level you are made to feel very special with a huge smile from the team, a wonderful welcome and a glass of bubbles, the magic and making of memories begins, staying here feels like a dream, this place is FAULTLESS! The pure luxury of every detail is 5 star plus. The hotel, the beautiful array of fresh flowers, the location, the view, the room and above all the service. Our room was spacious, clean at the level of luxury you would expect, wonderful views over the picturesque grounds, balcony with wonderful sea views. House keeping staff, very attentive very respectful we loved our fresh flowers, daily chocolates, fresh fruit and water. Each and every member of the team has a smile, nothing is ever to much trouble. Everything to make our stay extraordinary good. All members of the team are amazing as individuals and professionals offering their guests remarkable service. The guest Red Level service/reception is always eager to help with anything you need. Rafa the pool concierge and the team are all excellent and can make anything happen around the pool. Noelia, The General Manager is incredible. The way she interacts with her staff and guests which contributes to the success of this hotel. Noelia makes sure that all the guests are treated with the utmost care and does everything within her powers to make the guest’s feel welcome, she always has time for everyone even with her busy schedule involved with running this very successful hotel. We appreciate the extra mile Noelia always goes in order to make our stay so wonderful, Noelia is always around and about in the Hotel very much managing with a hands on approach. We have stayed in this hotel for decades having also tried some of the other 5 star hotels in Marbella the Gran Melia Don Pepe is definitely 5 stars all the way if not more. We returned a few months ago with our family who also love this hotel, such wonderful memories for us all. We love the champagne bar just to chill in, you can sit here for hours and just enjoy the peace….. and the champagne! Bardot restaurant overlooking the pool area is great for lunch, sit in the shade or sun and enjoy the most wonderful freshly cooked pizza or a full on steak meal if you desire. You must try Erre the main restaurant in the hotel for the most perfect evening out. Delicious food extensive menu, gorgeous wines and very attentive staff a perfect night for us all. Eurostars Oasis Marbella

Marbella|0.62km from La Milla de Oro
We had a fantastic stay at the Eurostars Oasis, the hotel is brand new and modern with spacious rooms. What really stood out was the staff, they were so welcoming and friendly. With it just opening a few months ago they are all working really hard to build a great reputation, looking for feedback and going above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great stay. We booked an “Oasis Premium with Terrace” room which was on the ground floor facing the main entrance and set back from the road. The road wasn’t noticeable as the view was of a small garden area with privacy screen and the road is very quiet, we were very happy with our room. This side of the hotel was in the shade so if you want a room facing the sun ask for a pool side room. The sea view rooms are on the top floor with terraces. The hotel is not on the sea front so the view of the sea is in the distance over other the top of other buildings. It only a few minutes walk to the beach and golden mile promenade, and there is a supermarket round the corner. The location overall is excellent as it’s a lovely walk in either direction down the beach - about 20 minutes to Porto Banus, an hour to the Old Town. There are plenty of options to get about too - buses, Uber (always < 10 min wait) and an hourly ferry between Porto Banus and Marbella Town. The hotel had a good continental breakfast with a few hot items and more choices on request. We went Bed & Breakfast which I think most guests had done too, and there are so many great options to eat out nearby. The pool and hotel lounge bar were nice quiet places to relax, and Carlos makes a great Margarita :-) Thanks for a wonderful stay to all the team at the Eurostars that make our holiday so memorable!

Iberostar Selection Marbella Coral Beach

I stayed here many years ago before it was an Iberostar and chose to return due to the location. I am a Travel Agent and have been fortunate to stay in a lot of hotels in this area. We came for a wedding in the area and was perfect. On arrival we were greeted by the hotel reception who were very accommodating and always with a smile on their faces. We were allocated a beautiful room which was the same layout as before but brighter than I remember. The reception area has been fully refurbished and is modern and minimalistic. Very bright with a balcony over the pool area. Clear view makes a great insta photo. The pool area has plenty of beds around the pool and onto the garden area. Breakfast was superb with an array of choices and plenty of choices of bread, eggs, juices etc. The location is fabulous a 10 minute walk into the port and directly on the golden mile. The little touches round the pool area were lovely mocktails at 12 and little mini ice cream oreo cookie bites in the afternoon. These little touches make the hotel an excelled 4 (if not 5) star hotel. So lovely and always welcome. Beach towels are provided and can be changed whenever. The entertainment team are lovely providing yoga, pilates and even face cream/scrub making along with a timetable there is something for everyone. One day we hired bikes from the reception (there are about 10 in total) and we highly recommend hiring them. we rode to Marbella one way and then San Pedro the other again a lovely touch. We also went to the beach club on one of the days and again cant recommend enough, comfy beds, fluffy towels, great food and drinks and a view to die for. This hotel is a gem in this area and really deserves a try.Nothing is a problem for any member of staff and a really truly lovely hotel to stay. I will continue recommending to my clients for sure.

Coral Beach Aparthotel

A two night stay in a superior apartment with a sea view. Lovely and spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Very reasonably priced and it was handy to have parking just outside rather than pay the daily rate for the secured parking. A very short walk to the beach and a nice 15 minute stroll into the port area. We didn't use the pool but sitting out in the well kept garden looked to be a nice way to spend time relaxing.

It should be a better five-star hotel in Marbella, but the experience is average and will not stay again. The picture of the Ctrip suite does not match the actual situation. It is actually a sofa in an ordinary hotel room, and the room has a musty smell. Ctrip indicated that it will open in 2020. I thought it was a new hotel. The actual decoration is relatively old. I don't understand why it is a hotel opened in 2020. The front desk service does not meet the five-star standard. The procedures are completed in the morning and the room card is picked up in the afternoon. There is a person at the front desk, very slow, and waited for a long time. The advantage of the hotel is that there are many restaurants, it feels good to eat at night, the location is by the sea, and the walk is very comfortable.

Amazing resort with the most accommodating team…I was lucky enough to book the upgraded Level1 room accommodation which include a lounge in the lobby as well as a full breakfast in the restaurant. You check in at the club lounge and the team is available 24/7 to assist. Restaurants and bars are equally good and only a short walk to the main marina of Porto Banus. I highly recommend this resort for anyone coming to Marbella/Porto Banus.

This is a pretty basic hotel, and the decor will not be to everyone's taste! However, the bed was comfortable, the room was large, there was a small balcony and there was bottled water. It was fine for a two-night stay in order to come and meet friends. The towels were pretty basic and I was slightly perplexed as to why there was only one chair on the outside patio of Room 206. There's also an interconnecting door in Room 206, which is probably useful for families but less useful in terms of hearing everything that's said in the next-door room. There is a restaurant next to the hotel (which we didn't try but looked fine, and was open for breakfast). We did try Masala Indian Restaurant one night, but it's not a place I need to go back to. The Carrefour supermarket is a ten-minute walk, as is the beach. The receptionist, Belina, was delightful.
