Reviews of JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort

We stayed at the JW Marriott Marco Island Beach Resort for four nights and honestly expected a lot more. When we arrived, the refrigerator in our room was broken and one of the beds was soaked, with what looked like blood stains. Not a great first impression. Throughout the stay, service was consistently frustrating. There was no reliable internet, which made even ordering room service difficult. When we did manage to order, it took over an hour and 40 minutes. Breakfast each morning was another issue. Long lines, clearly understaffed, and not equipped to handle the number of guests. Overall, it felt disorganized and far below the standard you’d expect for a property like this. Really disappointing experience.

Great location, beautiful beach, definitely will come again.
