Original room was noisy (something to do with the air conditioner). Day shift manager did not do anything to help. Night shift manager swapped us to a quieter room.

The room was clean need comf. The front desk clerks were all so friendly and beautiful smiles. They made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in. Definitely staying again

The room and bathroom were spotless. The staff was amazingly nice. Food was good. I just wish I could have gotten in a Bingo session.

Clean & Excellent staff members Employees are very helpful & Rooms are Clean!! & Truck & Trailer parking So Elated I am not staying in the Ghetto where I stayed onenight after googling & found truck parking for west side of Phx.

Absolutely love staying here. The rooms are so comfortable and clean! I love the pillows. There is also so much to do especially on the weekends! Great staycation.

Pretty much everything, nice and quick check in, room was clean, clean ******** floor, the dealers at the 2 deck black jack table (patrick, michael, raymond) couple other can't remember names are awesome. Just the way there were interacting with the players was very enjoyable even when you did lose fortunately i had a good nigh. Anyways will be going back in March to see Led Zep Again and gamble some more

The property was well kept, very clean and well maintained. The room was well appointed and up to date furnishings. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom. Plenty of "plugs" for all of our many devices.
