Gila River Resorts & Casinos – Wild Horse Pass

I was in town for an overnight business trip. Everyone at the Resort was super nice and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Concert venue was nice. Service was great. I would book again for the right band!

Disappointed that there was no staff at the pool. Had to go into the hotel for drinks and snacks. Paid for early check in and room was not ready for another two hours. Very clean rooms and overall nice hotel.

Dirt in the hallways and elevators. Expected immaculate for the price they charge for stay there, will not stay there ever.

Room didn't have towels, the ones they brought were small and rough. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Staff at aroma Wednesday evening just rude, Thursday morning not much better. Need a another restaurant to eat at. Mostly staff lacks personality and social skills. You say thank you to the waiter, never get a you're welcome.

The bed was extremely hard. The room service of breakfast was cold food in a Styrofoam box. The english muffin was so tough it was like over cooked steak. For spending $500 in the room expense you would think "breakfast in bed" would be better than a poor door dash experience. We also had house cleaning knocking on the door 3 times prior to check out. Don't rush your customer out the door. Check out is 11am. To be nagged to leave with three knocks when trying to make the best of a cold breakfast that was suppose to be warm was the last straw.

Room waa nice. Towels were big and soft. Only thing was the temp in the room was hot and wouldnt go down

Totallt for ripped off. This application suggested that I had paid but the hotel required more money that I should have been informed.
