Hotel in una posizione molto buona. Centrale rispetto a Marina di Pietrasanta, a due passi dal mare, vicinissimo a Forte dei Marmi e con parcheggio privato gratuito. L’albergo è datato e sicuramente avrebbe bisogno di alcune ristrutturazioni ma è molto grande, con una ampia hall, un bel cortile dove fare colazione, un giardino privato e curati spazi comuni. Le camere sono vecchie, con aria condizionata, ma con bagni datati e da ristrutturare. Il prezzo sicuramente competitivo e la gentilezza, cortesia, professionalità e grande disponibilità del personale tutto, fanno comunque sì che questo hotel vada benissimo per qualche giorno in Versilia.

Con il beneficio del dubbio, e sono sicuramente un malpensante deplorevole… però: passo due giorni in spiaggia ai bagni limitrofi all’Eden Park… sbaglio per ignoranza (che non è ammessa, ne sono ben conscio) a mettere il materassino appena comprato in una zona che sembrava appartenere ai bagni dove ero io (nessun cartello o segnalazione a dire io contrario), dove c’erano altre decine di materassini, salvagenti, etc… La mattina dopo, unico tra le decine di gommoni materassini e altro, lo trovo bucato, tutto calpestato e sepolto sotto tutto gli altri… Diciamo che la selezione naturale di vento e altri eventi sfavorevoli è stata particolarmente spiacevole e sfortunata per me… Un caro saluto all’accoglienza e alla tolleranza per chi commette un errore imperdonabile:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Camera pulita (tranne il copriletto) ma bagno vecchissimo:doccia sopra il water, rubinetti arrugginiti. Il wifi non ha mai funzionato. Cucina casereccia e abbondante, colazione sufficiente. All'esterno c'è un bel giardino ma inutilizzabile perché sedie e tavolini sono sporchi. Comodo il posteggio. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente svantaggioso:peccato perché la posizione è molto bella, fronte mare: ma la struttura non è per nulla valorizzata e l'incuria certamente gioca a suo sfavore.
