The room was nice, big and nice, but there was no breakfast. When I made the reservation, breakfast was included, but the front desk said they never had breakfast, only coffee and juice. I felt I was deceived by Ctrip’s introduction.

The room was excellent, clean and quiet. Very close to the beach and the staff are very professional, polite and friendly. Highly recommend.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. She also got me a quieter room when I asked for a room change. The room was clean and comfortable. There weren't enough parking spaces on the hotel site. As a woman traveling alone and arriving after dark, I had to find street parking. I circled around for many blocks several times till I finally found a space across 4 lanes of traffic from the hotel. This didn't feel as safe as parking within the hotel lot.

We got the 3 rd floor king bed and room was very clean and spacious ! Bathroom was really nice and luxury all around !

The 3 king beds in one room were amazing! I wish more hotels had this option for larger families.

Weirdly laid out room with a sink next to the bed and no sink in the bathroom. Was very inconvenient in the middle of the night trying not to wake someone else sleeping. TV was not working when I got there and had to be unplugged and plugged back in every night to get it working. Lastly, the front staff didn’t always speak English well enough to be of basic help. The beds and pillows however were very comfortable.

Not at all what was posted on website for description of area around the hotel . The marina is about 15 min drive from hotel . The receptionist Indian lady was very rude . The younger lady she was better help . The mattress at the hotel need replacing they squeak loud at every turn ..we had double beds in our room the other bed squeek as well . Will not be coming back here again . Wish I can record the loudness of the squeaking mattress it’s no joke ! Didn’t have a rested night due to squeaky noise . Over priced for sure ! No continental breakfast only coffee and juice . No pool either .
