Really lovely and friendly hotel, so much to like about it - brilliant and very clean pool and pool area, family room was spacious, very clean, lovely large rooms and en-suites, beach area was easy to use, very clean, lovely dinners, umbrellas etc, staff explained how to access if brilliantly, we stayed for 4 nights before picking up a cruise from Ravenna and would definitely visit again

Nice and helpful personnel, clean room, a lot of different foods for any taste for breakfast, easy parking around hotel. City center is about 50 min by walking from hotel's location, by car only about 12 min. All in all - very nice experience for the whole week, Ravenna has exceptionally plenty of sights to visit.

Lascio questa recensione dopo aver parlato del problema sia in struttura che tramite email, ma non avendo ricevuto nessun tipo di riscontro mi sento costretta a parlare del problema qui. Ho alloggiato presso la struttura dal 16 al 19 agosto, da sola col mio cagnolino. Accoglienza molto calorosa e struttura bellissima. La mattina del 18 mi sono recata a fare colazione per la prima e ultima volta durante il mio soggiorno. Ho chiesto a quello che sembrava essere il capo sala se ci fossero i croissant vegani e lui prontamente me ne ha indicati due tipi, dopo averne scelto uno mi sono recata in camera a mangiarlo e da lì non mi sono più potuta muovere perché il croissant che mi era stato dato come vegano in realtà era un croissant normale ed io essendo gravemente allergica all’uovo ho avuto una reazione allergica che mi ha portato a dei dolori lancinanti allo stomaco, vomito e dissenteria continui per tutta la giornata del 18 e dei giorni seguenti. Sono stata fisicamente impossibilitata per un giorno intero di vacanza ad uscire dalla mia stanza. Ho subito informato la reception dell’accaduto a la risposta è stata che avrebbero informato il direttore. Il giorno seguente durante il check-out c’è stata una completa indifferenza nei miei confronti. Al momento di saldare il totale di oltre 800 euro mi sono resa conto che non mi erano stati scontati manco i 16 euro del servizio in camera. Sono rimasta molto delusa dal fatto che non ho avuto nessun tipo di scuse e nessun trattamento di riguardo per il fatto che sono dovuta stare tutto il giorno chiusa in hotel con dei problemi per colpa di un cameriere. Trovo raggelante l’indifferenza con cui il personale ha reagito al mio problema, essendo un albergo di lusso mi sarei aspettata maggiore riguardo. Avrei gradito uno sconto, ma più che altro un occhio di riguardo per il fatto che sono stata male e non per colpa mia. Una nota a favore va alle cameriere ai piani che sono state di una gentilezza e disponibilità rara e che durante la giornata infernale che ho avuto si sono preoccupate del fatto che non fossi mai uscita dalla camera, se fosse stato per il resto del personale sarei potuta morire da sola in camera che se ne sarebbero accorti il giorno seguente al momento del check out.

Hotel molto carino con due piscine è un capo da tennis camere standard però molto pulito e personale molto gentile ottima colazione.

The hotel is very comfortable for people who need to find a hotel near the entrance of the motorway for work or need. I haven't enjoyed breakfast so I can't give any judgement. Very clean, quiet rooms (not feeling the traffic of the cars) and quite spacious. I recommend to put at least one more coat in the room. Experience to be made again. I will certainly take back here in my next stay in Faenza

Sono stata ospite dell'hotel per una notte insieme alle mie due classi liceali . Sin dal nostro arrivo stati accolti con gentilezza e professionalità (cosa rara nelle gite scolastiche). Agli studenti sono state assegnate delle camere ”a tema cinematografico” (Pirati dei Caraibi, Western, Jurassic Park....) molto apprezzate dai ragazzi. Tutte le stanze erano spaziose, pulite e dotate di ogni comfort. Alla cena e alla colazione sono stati serviti piatti buoni e abbondanti. Che dire? Da consigliare vivamente!

La scelta del Hotel Bisanzio è stata ottima per la sua posizione in pieno centro storico di Ravenna (tra l'altro città meravigliosa). Tutto il personale è molto gentile, accogliente e professionale. La colazione, servita dalle 07 alle 10 più che soddisfacente. Unica pecca, ahimè, è l'aspetto liso e vecchio della camera con tanto di moquette che non aiuta a migliorare impatto e che ”urla” una richiesta di ammodernamento. Nonostante questo, le Signore addette alla pulizia facevano trovare la camera ogni giorno in ordine e pulita.
