Without forgetting Mr Ayoub Marrakchi at the level of Room service for the availability, the beautiful recommendations and the quality of the dishes offered ..., the concierge team also in the person of Mrs Mariam and her team Messrs Ismail and Redouane .. The hotel is beyond your imagination! The hardware is very good, and it can capture the feeling of a palace at night, but because of the wind and rain, such a good facility is wasted. But the service is really good. First of all, the staff here are very good-looking. They are completely different from those with dark and short faces you see outside. From the entrance security, you feel a different aura! The guys at the front desk are excellent from tall stature to talking, which country they look at. Even a cleaning aunt, I thought I would have an old aunt, but she is actually a younger sister and is very beautiful! I took a picture of her and they immediately pose for me. In short, my impression of the Arabs has improved a lot! Secondly, the service is quite good. We are in the off-season and have almost no guests. Maybe there is no such treatment in the peak season. Indeed enjoyed the respected service! Stayed on the first day, it was windy and rainy, and I didn't want to go out for dinner. Living in such a wide hotel in such weather, without any guests, is prone to insecurity. So I called Room Service, thinking that it was the type that gave you a plate and then flashed people. As a result, two handsome guys came and showed us the whole set of dining table you enjoyed in the first class of the plane. Look at us dumbfounded! I ate here for dinner for the next few days, and the Western and Moroccan dishes were very delicious! The Taji pot that was scolded by all the raiders, the seafood we ordered was very delicious! During my stay, it happened to be my birthday, and my husband told the front desk. So he helped us set up the room and prepared the cake. Surprises again and again! This hotel can be very expensive in the summer. We are staying now and the price is not bad. I hope to stay next time!

my experience is based on 5 months as a regular guest, I didn't want to be interested in the lack of hygiene and the worst service you can ever have in a tourist place. I thought it was normal somehow when you look deep at the unprofessionalism of the staff and how they respond to whatever order or just a reception in such a rude way, [except two waiters Omar and Brahim] I wanted to focus on the beautiful part,the building itself,and enjoy relaxing moments with some beers. but when a waiter like [Arafa] decides to pour my beer in the ashtray cause I am asking him for a bit of water in the ashtray to prevent the ashes from flying into the air, when I ask why you do this!? his answer: it's just a beer! I asked this waiter another day, if possible to put on a specific song, and his answer was: put your earplugs and hear whatever you want! but he can put whatever he wants! I am confused about who is the guest here! Another day like always, taking away a bottle of beer before even finishing, and I put my hand on it, deciding to argue with him about why he has taken it ?! I asked him are you angry with me? his answer was by opening another bottle of beer for me without asking for it! nice marketing![Soufian] another waiter I was surprised by his truly rude childish behavior toward me while having a very nice evening, I didn't want to send a reclamation to the owner but, the next time I went there the bodyguard at the door told me: there is something is said about you! so now please be nice! I asked him: can you tell me what? what wrong did I do? did I disturb anyone? am I not allowed in? he said: you are allowed!! but be nice, please. but my other questions have no answers!! Is this a provocation? [you can expect the waiter wanted to do it in reverse against me even though he ruin my evening and I was nice to him, and the owner wanted my money but they don't have a prouve against me, but someone is saying something ''Soufian''] another point very important is the discrimination against Moroccan guests they can't have a beer on the terrace! I know the owner by face and I am sure she had eyes to see what I am seeing too, I know this field has a lot of problems but a couple of old fishes make the whole box stinky. We stayed here for 2 nights and loved the Riad. Its at the entrance to the Medina and incredible inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size with hairdryer and shampoo. The roof terrace is huge and great views. Breakfast was delicious. They organised a taxi for €45 to take us to Tangier airport on the day of departure which took just over a hour. Would stay here again
