Sasquatch Farm

There are many nice things about the property: location, tranquility, natural landscaping. Reason for ‘3’ rating is that our large site (#19) for our 39’ Class A was so sloped (not mentioned during online booking) we could not get level. Also the placement of utilities was poor for this site. The sewer hookup was on an incline and too far in for a ‘pull in’ site. A smaller camper would have fewer issues.

The campground is very nice and peaceful with lots of nice trails. The staff at the park were all very helpful. The only advice is that they need to have more level sites. We have a class A and getting it level was very difficult. My advice would be to make the sites more level, especially for sites that will have class A motor homes.

Cabin 28 tiny house is great! I am very picky about where I stay in this place met my expectations. The views from the gathering area were amazing. Such a cute place. They have a store that you were able to access if you forgot anything. I really enjoyed our stay here.

This is a wonderful campground! We stayed a week and had nothing but a wonderful experience. This campground is centrally located to Ruby Fall, JD Distillery and Lookout Mountain! A very peaceful quiet week! The campground staff was very personable and attentive to the needs of there campers.

I stayed here for over a year and while it’s secluded, with a free laundry room, the owners are HORRIBLE. Very rude, entitled, and take awful care of this campground. The water is garbage, the spots are unlabeled messes, the “secure” gate is always broken or left open 24/7, and the owners have been trying to sell the place for so long I don’t see it improving. Only worth staying here for a weekend getaway… Don’t stay long term.
