The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

The hotel facilities are outdated, and the room TV is probably not seen in the country. There are electric kettles and microwaves in the rooms. The room facilities are quite convenient. The hotel is in a good location, very close to Times Square, Markham Square, shopping malls and supermarkets There are many specialties around and parking is free.

The room is not too small, the overall sanitation is not bad, the bed is comfortable, free parking is available, there are not many varieties of breakfast, but the bread is good! Great location and service. Purpose of our trip was to relax and have some good Chinese food. Hotel is right on Highway 7, walking distance to several malls with many restaurants. Short driving to more restaurants and shopping. Best Western is connected to Sheraton and we had to check in at the Sheraton desk. Tiffany was awesome. Her sunshine smile made us feel very welcome. Check-in was quick and she’s attentive to our questions. We’re happy that we asked her about nearby restaurants because those she recommended were all good. Staff at the gym were friendly and helpful too. Our room has 2 queen size beds and pretty roomy. We like the white sheets so we can tell they’re very clean. The only not as good experience is about the parking lot. The Leslie Street exit near Tim Hortons is a dangerous spot for pedestrians. Cars merge from 3 directions to exit + cars pulling into the lot. We had to dodge cars a few times. A couple STOP signs to direct traffic within the lot may help.

Booked the room for my parent during their visit to Toronto. Initially booked for 2 queen bed but the front desk was very nice to upgrade their room to a King Size bed. Room size is big and amenities are quite complete in the room. Location might be abit far from downtown but reachable within 40 mins by using public transportation. Plus have abundance of restaurants nearby as well. Definitely recommend this hotel if you looking for affordable hotel.

The room is in the Chinese district of Markham, opposite to the movie theater in the shopping mall. The hotel is very new. The room is very large and clean. The decoration is very Marriott, gray color, the bed is large, the bedding is comfortable, the bath water is very large and comfortable, from the front desk to the guest room There is nothing wrong with the service. The standard of a five-star hotel is certainly not comparable to that of a five-star hotel in China. I am very satisfied~ Markham is still a long way from the city. It costs about $40 to take a taxi to the city center or North York. If you come to Toronto for the first time to check in attractions, it is not recommended to live in Markham, Markham is a Chinese district, a paradise for Chinese stomach~

This hotel was very easy to book through Titanium elite services. They made the process very easy and gave us a nice upgrade. They were very helpful with accommodating with the suite that offers a small full kitchen including dishwasher, silverware, microwave, regular size fridge, kitchen sink, coffee maker Lots of living room space and tv in living-room and bedroom. Easy for parking. They have space outside for large F250 trucks since a truck won’t fit in their covered parking.

This hotel is really good. Recommended recommended. Stayed one night, and it was good later. Noisy, but um, there is a sound of turning on the air conditioner, so the sound of the car outside is also offset, anyway, there is no one driving the horn outside here.

The hotel is about 40 mins walk from the quaint, historic town of Unionville and about 45 mins drive from Toronto. There is a train that runs direct from Unionville to Toronto. There are a few restaurants in Unionville and Markham, close to the hotel. The lobby area is a great space with wide open bar and restaurant with an impressive ceiling helix-like decoration above them. The gym on the third floor had ellipticals, treadmills, bikes and plenty of free weights and several weight machines. There is a lounge on the fourth floor, sadly the coffee maker was not working on our visit, but thankfully we were offered delicious coffee from the coffee maker in the bar on the ground floor. We moved rooms because our first room looked out across the street to another block of offices and shops, which we did not like. The second room looked out over the parking area but at least there was no construction and the view was open and bright. A big thanks to Ashan (receptionist- I hope I didn't spell your name wrong) for kindly moving us and to the bar staff- Bernice and Watson for being so attentive. Thanks for introducing us to some delicious Canadian wine from Niagara! The rooms were clean but we were surprised to see that the cupboards and shelves were open and did not have doors to them like in most Marriott hotels.
