Pictures of the room showed a tub with shower, room only had shower! Pool and hot tub were not working! There was a MAJOR bird problem, they had many, many nests in the canopy in front of the entrance. My car was covered with bird droppings after my 2 day stay!

Only thing I had a problem with was the maid came while we were out and All she did was pull the covers up on the bed and put fresh towels. Trashcans we’re not emptied , bath tub was not cleaned and she did not leave any shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. 

The hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was nice, friendly, and professional. I enjoyed my stay and all the amenities provided. Can’t wait to come again just to get away! Thank you!
