Service war super. Wir waren 2 Stunden vor offiziellem Check-in im Hotel und unser Zimmer war bereits fertig. So konnten wir uns ganz entspannt für die anstehende Feier umziehen und fertig machen. Auch am nächsten Morgen war Kaffee außerhalb des Frühstücks kein Problem. Das Personal freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nice hotel by a lake Inspite of some revues I had read this place is clean, has a great lake in front with koi carp. Very close to the shopping centre which bus and S line can be accessed through.. No tea making facilities in room but when asked they kindly gave us a kettle and cups. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice location and great view of a small lake with wildlife around. Breakfast is in the expensive side but good selection of food. The only comment would be the tight space of the car park and many in a awkward angles. However, there are plenty of free street car parks opposite after 18:00 until 09:00 in the morning!
