Imperial Apart

We’re shoved into an attic room even though we payed for a normal room. The manager Mahoney was arrogant when we complained about it and made our stay as uncomfortable as he could. Janine who was the managers assistant I think seemed to just float about talking behind the guests back about other guests. The pool area was filthy. The holiday wasn’t cheap too so you would expect a much higher standard.

Had the most amazing stay. Best apartments I have stayed at in my 8 years of going to Içmeler .The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Staff are extremely friendly and felt really at home. Pool area is spotless. The standard of food was exceptional Would definitely recommend

This place is on par with a hostel. The manager is arrogant and not helpful. Lots of complaints from other guests there and nothing was done about it. The managers girlfriend then proceeded to talk badly about any guest that complained to other guest. So unprofessional. Avoid.

Where do I start with our excellent experience once again in imperial appartments. 1st mention is Janine and Marhoney these run the appartments with an exceptional Manor and very high standards throughout. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved Janine they both used to plan what Colour out fits for a day and night they would where an our granddaughter loved it she thought Janine was amazing and so true so was, Marhoney serves the best food in icmelar the steaks are the best we have tasted bearing in mind they was 14 of us and everyone said the same so we'll done Marhoney. All the food is great the steak baguettes cheesy garlic mushrooms and must of all the chips are all homemade Nothing frozen very reasonable price aswel. All the lads Jamel and Rambo and all others have excellent service skills making best cocktails ever even naming 1 after myself Colleen's Special everyone in the appartments tasted it then everyone started ordering them ha. Hattie the cleaner makes sure everywhere is spotless in this place. I would recommend these appartments to everyone these are the best in icmelar bar far. Three words to describe the staff and appartments is WOW see yous in May again xxxxxxx

Great time in Icmeler and love Imperial apartments. Highly recommend these apartments as the location is great and the people who work are fantastic. Mahmut, Janine, Cemal, Firat, Hatice, Mami, Enes, Don (Bob)...thank you for looking after us and being helpful when we needed it.

I have been to Imperial with family many times over the years. Unfortunately it’s just not the same as it use to be. A few of the staff members that have been there for years are helpful, many others are not. Won’t name any names. Do not know who the ‘Janine Wallace fiance of the owner’ is in previous reviews as the Janine Wallace that’s been at these apartments for years is married back in the UK. So we were lucky to not meet ‘the ogre’. Lol. Plenty of better hotels in Icmeler that are great priced and 4/5 star feel. Imperial is a 2 star at most.

So impressed with these apartments , Staff were amazing and so friendly ,Janine was always on hand to answer any questions if needed. Every day sheets, towels replaced and rooms cleaned. Very good Chef and very reasonable prices for food . Sun beds comfortable and cleaned every day as is pool . Would absolutely recommend these apartments .

Arrived at the apartments on the 31st of July ready for a 3 week stay at the imperial apartments. I personally had stayed here 8 years ago with a friend and was now bringing my two small children along for their summer holiday. We was greeted by Janine and Mahoney and got showed to our room very quickly so we could get settled in. We decided to eat in the restaurant on the first night as we had been travelling all day. I got a fresh steak from the butchers cooked on the BBQ - which was absolutely stunning. We settled in really well and the staff - Jamal / Dogan couldn’t do enough for you. Kitchen staff cooked our food to perfection - even when the children wanted strange requests (chocolate pancakes and sausages! Together!!!) my son suffers from a really severe peanut allergy and I told the staff straight away and we had the best experience nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We enjoyed a BBQ night, steak night & adana kebabs. My only issue was, we ate in the restaurant so many times we didn’t venture out much to other places but… why go elsewhere when the food is absolutely unbelievable there?! As for the owner and his partner, neither of them could do enough for you. Janine was the most amazing host and recommended places to go with the children. They treated my children like their own and as a single parent I really appreciated the help! We didn’t get to meet the ‘strutting’ ‘ogre’ ‘Janet’ that was stated in previous reviews…as there is no such person!!!! Really happy with our stay and we’ve booked again for next august for 4 weeks. Thank you for the most brilliant stay, we’ve recommend imperial apartments to all our friends and family.

Wow wow wow absolutely beautiful place .mamute and janine absolutely fantastic managers go above and beyond for you ..they treat all there guests the same .all the staff that work there are amazing friendly and nothing the problem. Bar staff fantastic chef fantastic and housekeeper. The food is out of this world highly recommended to eat here very good price for food and drink . Pool area is lovely clean and relaxing. The apartments are lovely and clean . Cant thank mamuet and janine enough for letting us use one of there rooms so we could all have a shower and get changed before our flight home . I was with a group of 6 girls and we loved spending time at the imperial for good food and drinks there bbq nite was amazen food beautiful and the entertainment the staff put on was fab Definitely recommend imperial.
