Tui Blue Grand Azur

First of all can I thank Sharon and Ruth for being so polite and helpful.This Hotel is by far the best hotel we have stayed in the rooms are excellent with comfy beds and fluffy pillows sockets are everywhere and we got rooms cleaned everyday. The resteraunt was unbelievable wide choice of food and drinks every meal was different and the chef takes so much pride he walks around talking to everyone.. the bar area and outside restaurant were spotless again a big thanks to the management to have the whole team working together.Today unfortunately we had bad weather 😭 but the cleaning staff came round the pool and beach area and cleaned everywhere up then went about there own tasks if you hadn't off seen for yourself you'd never believed it excellent... Hopefully we will return next year but I must say a thank you to waiter "Mahmut" who every evening had a big happy smile and always helped people get tables and drinks a credit to the superb training and team work in this fabulous hotel . We have just had another amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. The food in the main restaurant was good last year, this year it was even better. Everywhere you look is quality. The staff are all amazing, Bayram and Vahit in the restaurant,Atilla in the bar and Umut from animation all went above and beyond. How do you improve a perfect hotel- Smoking is still being openly flouted in no smoking areas and no staff seem to want to tell them. Water polo in pool is a nuisance when you are trying to chill out and the ball is flying all around you quite hard. We would like to see something like an all inclusive plus available at an extra price for cocktails and branded drinks. To Sharon, we never saw you at all during our 2 weeks, we would have put these points to you if we had. We will be back next year all being well. Tina &Rob.

What a wonderful experience. Just arrived home an hour ago. This hotel is amazing. Beautifully clean throughout. Amazing happy staff who will go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I did a lot of research before choosing this hotel and it did not disappoint. We booked a sea view room- amazing!!! Shower hot and great pressure. Cleaning staff never stop. Entertainment in the evening was a bit ummmm but ok and all noise ended at midnight which suited us. Pool beautiful but icy cold. Sea pleasant. But it’s only April!! Food- WOW. My husband is a very fussy eater but he ate really well. Myself am gluten intolerant. All food is labelled but like anywhere use your knowledge. I had a call from Rachel on arrival to talk me through my allergy. On booking into hotel you complete a form and given an allergy card to show in the restaurants. Great understanding of disease, cross contamination etc. As a celiac you get used to a limited menu. One day I wanted a sweet. I saw a lemon posset on the vegan table. The chef advised me it was gluten free but may be cross contaminated. He then made me an amazing pudding within 10 minutes. I was in heaven!!!!!! Other mornings I requested pancakes and crepes. All served to the table by the chef. Fantastic experience. The only negative that I noticed was that the ice cream supplied contains gluten which could be a major issue with children. I think this could be an easy fix. In the meantime there is a shop on site that sells Magnums and Callipos etc. In addition to the main restaurant there is a pancake station and a beautiful snack bar who also produce the most amazing gluten free pizza. We are already looking to rebook.

Firstly I would like to say that ALL the staff in this hotel work extremely hard and are a credit to the hotel. The place is spotless, the gardens are well kept, pool is closed and cleaned every evening, spa, gym and treatment rooms are immaculate, even the beach is keep very tidy and litter free. Both restaurants, the snack bar and the bar area are well presented. The food in all 3 is fantastic! There is plenty of it and it is varied. A dinner at the a la carte is a must and the view from there is amazing! There is loads to do from gym classes, tennis, football, and darts and table tennis tournaments. The rooms were very clean and nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The hotel even has pet cats which are really well looked after. We had fantastic service in the restaurant and big thanks to Bayram for looking after us all week! Cakes on an afternoon and the grab and go is a great idea. First time to Marmaris and would come back to the area and this hotel.

Once again Sharon and her team have made another stay an amazing experience and will not be hesitating to return to this fabulous hotel in the near future. From its perfect location, cleanliness and recent swimming pool refurbishment you will not be disappointed, and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. (Keep up the good work)

Had a brilliant stay at Grand Azur. There was a wide range of activities and entertainment. I particularly enjoyed the DJ class with Tuhan, he made it very fun and enjoyable and was very encouraging towards the group. Overall the hotel has everything you’d need, all the staff provided exceptional service and I would recommend.

We spent a week here. It is a superb hotel with excellent amenities. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The food is superb and, if you are staying for 5 nights or more, you get one free visit to the a la carte restaurant which is on the top floor with super views and food to match. Our room was very comfortable and well equipped. Our only slight grumble is that the room had an interconnecting door to the adjacent room. Great if you have children with you but we didn't and we did get some late night noise from our neighbours on a few nights.

This is a great hotel with wonderful staff who work tirelessly to make your stay an unforgettable experience. The restaurants are spudboy with endless choices of food which is well cooked by the talented chefs at the hotel. The accommodation is modern and clean with all the usual amenities expected. The staff are cleaning constantly which was lovely to see. The pools at the hotel are freezing, although the indoor pool is supposed to be heated, it’s not. The two-outdoor spa pools are also freezing so are unused, which makes them pointless. On the private beach they post red flags which internationally are known for do not swim it’s dangerous. The hotel has signs stating this. What the hotel is saying however is that there is no lifeguard on duty, the same flag system is used in the pool. Either discard the flag system or extend the hours of the lifeguards, you shouldn’t allow swimming in an area under a red flag. The hotel app info on pools and services is not updated, for instance the indoor pool on the app and text messages says daily it opens at 0800, in fact it opened at 1000. The board at the spa said 1000, the info board near the restaurant says 0800. The beach bar was open till 0000, reception said 1800, the app didn’t say anything. This review should have been a 5 star review, the staff and facilities are brilliant let down by some poor management process.

We've truly had a wonderful stay in Tui Blue Grand Azur. The most important point to mention is the staff and how hard they work to ensure that the guests have an amazing, hassle-free time, their waiting times are minimised and that they feel welcome. The waiters were very friendly and efficient, our special shout-out to Vahit who was just fantastic and very friendly, making us enormous amounts of Turkish tea. It’s worth-noting that we came to the hotel during Ramadan and many staff members were, I believe, fasting while still providing an exceptional quality of service. I was amazed at how kind and patient everyone was. I do hope the management of Grand Azur realises how hard their staff work and offers them fair working conditions. The food was just amazing. As someone who lived in Turkiye for a couple of years, travelled quite a bit and made it her mission to try as much local foods as I could, I was really happy to see all the Turkish foods I loved and missed including Cig Kofte, Manti, Pide with different toppings every day, Menemen, Ashure, Sutlac, Dugun Corbasi and many more. I haven't tried all the Turkish meat dishes as I try to cut down on meat consumption but my husband said they were excellent and cooked to perfection. I hardly tried any 'international' foods as I wanted to take full advantage of what's local but there was plenty and it looked fantastic. Thanks to the TUI Blue App we were able to book activities throughout out stay: lovely morning yoga on the jetty with Elif, cocktail classes with funny and sassy Baris, a DJ's class with Tuhan who is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about his job but also very humble, olive oil tasting class and, last but not least, indoor cycling with Hassan that I discovered a bit late-I’d have joined all of the indoor cycling classes if I had known how amazing they were! I wish there was a cooking class or a Turkish food class to talk about the Turkish dishes served at the restaurant. The hotel interior, the beach, the pool area, the garden-everything was just amazing. In the luggage room, we saw a CATalogue-book about all the cats living on the hotel premises. What a great idea but we’ve noticed it wasn’t updated-would be lovely to see an updated version when we come back (hopefully soon)! Just one other minor thing-the hotel pools are lovely but were a bit too deep for me as an adult non-swimmer. I know it's not something the hotel can do anything about, I just need to learn :) Thank you so much to everyone at Tui Blue for making our holiday unforgettable.
