Amazing hotel, four different pools, 16+pool bar Alex was amazing looking after us. From arrival all staff have been welcoming and helpful and try to go above expectations to help you. Food is lovely and there is plenty of options for you to choose from.

Very good hotel, excellent location for main road on the front and beach entry to the rear. Walkable to the bazaar. Tui rep at hand daily and english speaking staff. multiple pools as compared to others in the area, usually for better pools you need to stay further out from the main shops/bars. Its very much 90% british for food and entertainment which was great for us as a british family of 6 with mixed ages of adults, teens and kids. Many varietys of food the pool snack bar was hot dogs/burgers, doner, pizza, pasta, chips, nuggets & fried chicken. Indoor main dining was the usual breakfast buffet and for lunch & dinner it was mixed varietys of sunday roast aswel as pasta deli selection and the usual turkish dishes (although i found the turkish dishes a bit bland and not truley authentic as i love my spice and trying local cuisines - probably to cater for the brits!). All Rooms with AC, tv, hair dryer, balconies, fridge, kettle toiletries etc. Housekeeping daily. We had 3 different rooms, Service and cleaning was above and beyond any issues were resolved immediately throughout the entire hotel. The only negative issue i had which seems to not be mentioned anywhere in any reviews is the bathroom has a window into the bedroom area and you can see clear silhouettes of the person showering as me and my siblings shared rooms we found this uncomfortable.

We came as a family of 23! It has been a fantastic week! The staff are amazing and friendly, the food is fantastic. The hotel is close to all of the tourist areas and only a short journey from the more traditional streets. It’s clean and tidy, and there is nothing too much for the staff. We will definitely be visiting again!

Really nice hotel and definitely deserves 4 stars. Clean tidy and has exactly what you need. We were 2 friends on a holiday and had a great time. The only reason I haven’t given it 5 stars and there is room for improvement. The Sea Side bar absolutely stinks when it’s really warm, it seems to be the normal for it but there were times I couldn’t go in because of it. Some of the services like ice cream which is included with all inclusive isn’t well signed for people. I would definitely return.

The rooms are well maintained & the staff is very helpful & prompt. The AC in our room was giving some issues and we were given a new room immediately. The pools are well-maintained & the buffet spread is really good. The selection of drinks is good. There are activities in the day like Yoga, Table Tennis tournament & DJ & dance in the evening too. There’s a pool for kids with a water slide. It’s very central & close to a lot of markets. The hotel has a small supermarket, a gift shop, and a photographer of their own too & a private beach.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Will definitely be back again. Front of house staff very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, shower excellent and bed and pillows very comfortable. The food was delicious and plenty of choice, but make sure you leave room for dessert after your evening meal, they are divine! Our waiters, Turkes and Yusuf were brilliant and went out of their way to make sure we didn't run out of drinks. All staff we encountered were very nice. My daughter was disappointed that the indoor pool wasn't heated/warmer, but it was ok for me. The resident cats were an added bonus!

Everyone is so friendly, really polite and friendly. The drinks are average but ozge and ezgi were amazing, so friendly and fast, keen to help and keep the bar area so clean and a lovely atmosphere. Working in the piano bar near the reception area. Very chilled

I enjoyed this holiday. The hotel was nice. We stayed in a 2 bedroom family room which isn't in the main block so hasn't been renovated but it was still nice. I requested more water to be delivered daily and they brought plenty, as well as bathrobes when I requested via the app. The weather was perfect and we always found a good sunbed. I enjoyed breakfast and the pizza at the snack bar was great. Loved the Efes beer and red wine. Most nights were good for an evening meal. My husband really struggled though as he's gluten intolerant so had to live off meat and rice/potatoes. The older waiter at the seaside bar once asked me why I was ordering 3 different drinks, which I found strange! All the other staff were friendly though. We would definitely go back to the hotel if they offered more gluten free options.
