Amazing as always! Been here so many times and has never failed. The kids entertainment are fantastic! My children had the time of their life! Sad to be departing but back soon! Thank you for an amazing stay. If you are thinking twice, don’t!!!

Entertainment team Niko, Alice,Tom,Ozzy, have made our holiday been fantastic such a great team. Alex on the relax bar amazing and friendly. Will come back when weather is better unfortunately had a lot of rain but did not put a damper on the holiday because the entertainment team just made it hillerious

Honest review. The hotel itself is clean the staff are very hardworking. The food is amazing best all inclusive i have encountered. The staff are attentive and a pleasure. It's a lovely hotel. Down side...bad views from the hotel and the beach is rocky with no jetty

The animation director loves Turks, not English. He speaks Turkish all the time and treats Turks well. Last night was karaoke night and the guy with the disgusting voice won just because he was Turkish. When he asked, he said it had to be whatever he wanted.

Blue bay platinum hotel is absolutely beautiful,staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Rooms are kept very clean,towels changed everyday!!! Food is brilliant great wee supermarket also that stocks everything you need. Entertainment is great also.

My mum and I had a great stay. We were here for 1 week. The complex was so clean and well kept. Daily maid service was great. We spent our days around the adult pool and were looked after by Alex. He remembered our drinks and even brought them to our sun beds! We would definitely return Debbie and Jayne (mamma!)

Well where do I start..y family and I stopped at the hotel for a 11 nights.. I can highly recommend this hotel very clean and helpful... The entertainment team are the best entertainment I've ever seen in any hotel I've stopped at they made our holiday so special... We are coming back next June and we would like if the Same entertainment team was there.. Thank you again all staff at the blue bay platinum hotel x

Just returned back after a fantastic 2 weeks here, as soon as you walk in to the reception you know the hotel is special ,the rooms are very nice and super clean the cleaning team so a fantastic job and nothing it to much trouble for them😎 we stayed in room 1208 it faced the hotel next door but was okay last time we had a pool view, sun bathing in my opinion is a bit of a squeeze and lacks space between beds so if you don't mind chatting that's good, pools are clean but sun beds could do with a clean considering it's 5 * rating and no drink service to beds😎. the food was amazing and the staff are so helpful,iam a bit fussy but couldn't fault anything especially the beef. All in all we will revisit again as the hotel and staff make your stay special

This hotel ticks all the boxes, food,drinks,rooms,cleaning tidy everywhere. Just superb. Big shout out to Alex,in the adults only pool area. He is very professional, as well as being a kind, friendly, and very funny guy. All the staff at this Blue Bay platinum are superb. Back soon !

We are here now and would 100% recommend this hotel. We have spent most of our time so far at the relax bar where Alex works and it is fabulous, Alex is so friendly and makes sure you always have a drink in hand, He is really making our experience great! 😊

Me and my 4 children stayed here for a week, it was amazing. The hotel was spotlessly clean constantly,all the staff are extremely friendly and approachable, we stayed in room 3403 and the cleaner for that floor was an absolute diamond , so lovely. We even asked for more water for the room late one night and within 4 minutes a staff member was there with plenty more.The waiters in the restaurant are all so hardworking and very friendly it made our holiday so much better. The food choice was plentiful every mealtime, sonething to suit everyones choices.They have security on the main doors so they can prevent people not meant to be there at bay. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone, amazing hotel will definitely be back.

We came here in April 2025 and loved it so we booked it to come back this June. Both times we had an amazing experience especially around the relaxed pool with Alex the BEST barman! He really did look after us, always made sure we had a drink in our hand & chatted with us along the way! Would 100% recommend.

The hotel itself is spotless. The team work hard to maintain this. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Special shout out to Alex at the relax pool. He’s a great guy, friendly and cannot do enough for you. Constantly walking around and looking after you. Brings great well needed drinks to your sunbed so you don’t have to make the walk to the bar. He definitely goes the extra mile to look after you and ensures you are made to feel special. If you’re planning a visit go say hi to him and you will make a good friend. Overall I would definitely return here

Not a good experience so far. Its been 2 days since we arrived and we cant sleep because of the noice in our room. The walls are like paper. The ait conditioner doesnt cool and the weather is very hot. I only liked the desserts. The first night we arrived there was a party and at the end of the night I ASKED THE DJ FOR A SONG. HE ASKED ME FOR ALCOHOL. WHE N U ASK THE WAITER FOR A DRINK YOU GET A TIP. WHEN U ASK THE DJ FOR MUSIC YOU GET ALCOHOL. THE ENTERTAINMENT IS POOR. THE ROOMS ARE NOT COMFORTABLE. THERE ARE MANY SUNBEDS BUT ITS HARD TO WALK FOR THE MONEY WE EXPECTED MUCH MORE
